Just don't. I have used H&R block for years and always had a good experience. This location is unorganized, overbooked, and made an error on my 2021 taxes so I was charged a fine. While they state they will reimburse me, it has been 4 weeks and no word and when I called to follow-up, the receptionist told me to call back tomorrow because the other line was ringing, then hung up on me! Will never be returning to this location.
