I have previously been frustrated at this Giant, but today I want to shout out Donte who was incredibly helpful and kind despite us having a frustrating request. While helping us, two other people needed his help and he remained calm under that pressure, and was friendly with all the customers. 5/5 for Donte at Giant.

I stopped at Giant to stock up on dietz and Watson hotdogs since we can't get them where I live. The nice man loading the spring water walked me half way across the store to show me where they were. He went above and beyond.
