Linda, Kaia and Haley were amazing today!!!! Starting my weightloss journey with the best team behind me. They even did the shot since I am a nervous person. The Floral Vale Family Medical office was very accommodating for me, I recently retired from the army and needed a medical evaluation for the civilian career I’m pursuing. I highly recommend their service and couldn’t be happier!

I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. communication is awful. Linda is awful and very rude, and unprofessional. Was yelling at me on the phone and raising her voice. "She was concerned about my health" but couldn't get me in for four more days. Refused to send a prescription into my pharmacy. Took all day to call back. Used excuses on how there doctors are away. Told me that me getting a new job and not being able to take off was "not her problem". Very unprofessional!

I see that they took down all the negative reviews, well I am reposting mine. I love Dr. Kosmorsky; however, he is no longer seeing patients for most health care issues. Apparently he turned his office over to his staff. Well his office manager Leslie, who was extremely rude to me and a pharmacy rep, and pretentious Nurse practitioner Megan caused me to change Doctors after being a patient for over 20 years. I don't know why it says that I'm from California, I'm from Bensalem, Pa.

I was calling in to get a refill for one of my prescriptions, Candace “the front receptionist” proceeded to give me a hard time saying that “she couldn’t look in my file” which is just being lazy. The phone call went on to her arguing to me about a prescription that doesn’t have a exact dosage (you would have learned that certain medication such as birth control do not require an exact dosage for patient to give when calling for refill if you payed attention in med school...) that speaks for itself. The conversation ended on her telling me “ I don’t know what I’m talking about” when I actually am a Nurse lol I ended up driving 30 minutes to the office since I was being argued about getting a refill for my medication.. silly right? I walked into the office being told by Candace she never said anything like that over the phone and that no manager was in the office to speak with as the manager walks in the room behind her (lied to my face) I just wanted to leave at this point. I ended up crying out of frustration while being laughed at by Candace. I wouldn’t NEVER recommend coming here as long as Candace works at Floral Vale Family Medicine.I’ve never met a more rude, non-educated “medical” employee. At the end of the day all of this leads to laziness, no one should ever experience such a failure to medical help.
