Their delivery guy put the product in the deep freezer in our garage. I don't know why he did that. I just asked him to put it in the garage, not in the freezer. all the fruit got frozen. then when it thawed out, it became mushy and gross.To top it all off, when we tried some of the fruit, it upset our stomachs.And they charge such high prices for this terrible product and service! Never again!

Everytime I go here for the past 9 years to order they say sorry we're closing early cuz we don't have coverage for employees. My daughter applies never heard nothing back.

I placed an order to be delivered and on the tracking status it only showed accepted by store at 2:30pm (the stores hours stated they closed at 6pm). I called the store to get a status update and the phone kept ringing. I put in a question with the Edible Arrangements website around 1pm when I first noticed and did not hear anything back from anyone. Then when you try to speak to customer service it just keeps ringing (assuming they are transferring you to the store). I drive to the store and it was closed. Then I finally get a call from a delivery person saying that the recipient wasn’t home and they were going to leave it at the door. Mind you the gift were mini cheesecakes. They left a cheesecake box propped against a broom in front of the door. Needless to say the cheesecakes were smushed and ruined. Never had an experience like this with EA. Will never order from this location again.

I'm currently in contact with customer service and will remove my review if resolved but what I paid for and received is laughable and downright fraudulent. If I could select 0 stars I would. I want to start off by saying I live across the country from my parents and I was really looking forward to my mom receiving this order since she loves things like this and it was very disappointing that multiple things were wrong and completely missing from the order considering the cost and the fact that there is nothing that can be done about it today. At first I though only the balloon was missing but when my mom FaceTimed me I was shocked at what was actually in the arrangement. The arrangement is missing a balloon and multiple different fruit and MOM cut out of fruit. If your going to charge $80 for an arrangement, $6 for a balloon and a $20 delivery fee this should not be the result The delivery was not at all what should have been sent. I have attached photos of what I ordered and paid for and what was delivered to my mother. I have ordered from edible arrangements in the past and have never seen such a lack of quality and trust. This is not at all what I ordered.I plan to contact the BBB and file a dispute with my bank if not resolved.

Placed an order for Valentines day.Received a email stating delivery successful. I got home later to find out my GF did not have a delivery. Called the store next morning 9am they couldn't tell me where my order was. Young lady on the phone said we're going to redo your order. You would think my order should have been one of the first deliveries. Called back at 330pm the Manager said the driver said she was at my GF work and they were closed. I received the email at 630pm. She leaves work at 7pm and they close at 10pm. So the driver lief. Finally delivered at 430pm a day late.Ruined Valentine's Day for me

I ordered a bundle for my husband's birthday of a fruit arrangement and some chocolate dipped chocolates. The day of delivery, the arrangement arrived, but not the box of chocolate dipped fruit. I called within 5 min of the delivery and they didn't apologize and just said they forgot to make the box of dipped fruit and would bring it the next day. I said that was fine but obviously it wasn't ideal. Around 4:30pm the next day, we still don't have the dipped fruit delivery. I called the store again and was told that it was out for delivery and should arrive soon. It never came that day (I have a ring doorbell camera so it wasn't accidentally stolen). We are now on day three, with no word from the the store and have still not received the delivery. So upsetting since this was my first time using the service. I will be sure to never use it again, and never recommend it unless this can be made right. Very upsetting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered something for pickup for 230 pm. Got there by 315. Store was unlocked and no one was in the store. Got a call the following day stating that I could pick up my items. I was also told “no one was there because the person who was suppose to be there had to leave.” I’m good. Will not be ordering from here again.

I placed an order on Friday for saturday. I got an email that an attempt was made,but my friend was home and no one came or called. There is no one answering the phone in Morrisville place, and I’m getting error messages. The contact info is wrong and I can’t get in touch with anyone about this order.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review at Morrisvillle Location. I ordered online to pick up the same day because they didn't have delivery. I went there to pick up the arrangement and the store was closed, in the store hours said they closed at 5:00, I went at 4:20. So I waited until next day to to and pick up my arrangement, when I arrived to the store they didn't have my arrangement ready this is by 10:30 am the person in charge said if I can come back at noon and I said ok ( still no mad ) , I came back at 1:00 to pick up my arrangement and I got very disappointed with the presentation and quality of the product, the mango pieces they put on it were spoiled and all the fruit seemed to be spoiled the pineapple, watermelon and kiwi looked very mushy, so At this point I ask her for a refund and I got really upset . The lady didn't care to give me back a refund or at least offer a solution to make it better . I would like to talk to the manager or owner because this poor business is going downhill.

My grandmother and I placed an order online for 12 chocolate covered strawberries and a bouquet for my mother. I had read all of the bad reviews for this location so I purposely ordered from Bensalem. It says Bensalem on the online receipts, yet today the receipt that was with the delivery says it came from this location in Morrisville. One of the strawberries has a visible mold spot on the top. I am unsure if the others are contaminated and don't want to take the risk. Bouquet is badly damaged, worse than what happens in a normal flower delivery. I took off the plastic wrapping and a rose head tumbled to the ground. The break on the flower and stem is very clearly old because its brown and completely dry. The rest of the roses are incredibly flattened, as if they had pressed them under something. Not only that, they clearly all have had petals ripped off of the outside, so the remaining petals are loose now. The lilies are dropping their petals and anthers (I looked up the name, they are the little rice sized parts that have pollen on them) all over the place. Two of the lilies were recently broken at the stem and were hanging straight down. My order should not have even been from this location in the first place. I wish I would've known it was coming from this location instead so I could have quickly canceled it and not have wasted any money. I am incredibly disappointed by this order and will be letting all friends and family know about this terrible experience. I will be shopping at local businesses with better reputations for the future.

Won’t be using this store again.. I placed an order at noon for same day delivery. 5PM came and went and nothing was delivered. I called the store at 5:03, no answer. Looks like they never made my order. It was for a birthday and I called early enough for it to be completed. However, Bensalem employees were very helpful.
