the pharmacist named VICTORIA is probably one of the rudest, most short member of staff i have ever spoke to over the phone. I left a voicemail through the CVS automated system to get a call back from the pharmacist because i lost my medication and had my doctor send over another script. Once i got a call back victoria was IMMEDIATELY very rude with me. I was honestly in shock because i work in customer service myself and i always make sure to be extra polite and respectful to healthcare workers or other service workers. By no means did i give her any attitude but she was almost at the point of YELLING at me to call my insurance instead of her. If she couldnt help me that was ok! i was willing to call my insurance and figure it out with whoever i needed to. But she kept cutting me off, almost hanging up. When i asked if i could make a complaint about her. after SIX MINUTES of a one sided argument, she offered a $16 coupon for a ten day supply of my medication, which would work perfectly! I do not see why i had to endure six minutes of a random person chewing me out and telling me she cant help me for her to finally decide she can. It was in no form an okay way to talk to ANY person.

Rosa is a tech in the pharmacy and should be fired, worst customer service ever. She is rude to customers and apparently to doctor staff when they call.

My girlfriend had all of her wisdom teeth removed and the prescription for her medication wouldn’t go through CVS’s system. The doctor confirmed he sent the medicine to this location multiple times. We had to get 2 of 3 of the medications from Rite Aid instead. Legally they can’t give us the third. Back at this horrible CVS, no one would even speak to us face to face. They would barely look at us or acknowledge the info we had or even attempt to clear up any confusion. They said repeatedly, interrupting us mid sentence to “call your insurance company.” My girlfriend and I heard it as an “F off.” All the while, my girlfriend’s gums are throbbing and she’s in immense pain because she HAD 4 WISDOM TEETH REMOVED. Terrible representatives of this company. The main dunce we talked to was an older, short white lady who hid behind her computer and only peeked out to shout something that didn’t help. The politest way to put how I feel about her is “professionally stunted.” I hope she stubs every last toe (and hard) in the next week.

This place has the most disorganized pharmacy. They don’t receive prescriptions from doctors until you’re there, and you’ll have to wait for them to get it ready. I was told my order would be ready by 3:00pm and as I’m writing this it is 3:50pm and I haven’t gotten any clarification. I would recommend using literally anyplace else.

I used CVS online and opted to pick up at the store. I highly recommend this as the primary way of shopping at CVS. I ended up getting a few other things while I was there. I made a huge mistake by using Self checkout. Is it Me! Or are CVS uUscan's extremely sensitive? If it hadn't been for Margaret; I would have left my items behind and walked out with the orde I had originally purchased. Margaret(CVS Associate)navigated my issue and a few other customers problems at the same time and never forgot her maners. I was very impressed with her customer service.

Consistently fails to fill monthly prescription, fails to notify patient if a prescription is out of stock. There is poor communication, as one person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. ZERO communication to the patient.This place is not concerned with their customers, they make no attempts to notify their patients, which is a major concern when you're on maintenance medication.If you take a daily prescription, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It will only be a matter of time before you show up for your prescription and they tell you the item is out of stock and they have no idea when they will be getting more. And don't count on them to notify you when it's back in stock, or offer some other solution.
