i went there to vacuum my car last night and there were huge roaches all over the vacuums. literally a whole bunch of them just walking around on them. gross. since im already complaining the card machine doesn’t work either lol

Tooooooo old. Not worth of even a penny you spend. I paid for most expensive service and it made it even worse. I had to rewash my car again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

I didnt like it took over a min na half to even get the hose working all i needed to do was just rinse off car off wasnt really dirty 10 bucks to rinse and a little wax

I just came to get a car wash. I paid with my debit card and pulled into the automatic car wash only for it not ot was my car at all. I pulled in and no water, soap or anything came out. Just took my $15. And there is no number anywhere or attendant to get my money back.

this is the worst car wash on earth. I have been there 3 times and ripped off everytime. first i tried the self wash paid for wash and the water hose was leaking from roof no water pressure. and the second time paid for wash no wash the third time charged me 10 dollars for 2min wash do not go here complete ripoff.Service: Vacuuming

went there and they charged my card but the auto carwash did not work. a guy told me that the owner was out to lunch. came back later no one was there. the payment processed on my card and the machine gave me no receipt.

Paid $15 for a car wash and the Bay door did not open so I could not get my wash. No Attendant on duty to help with the problem.

Great little car wash in Morrisville, right off of route 1. They have all of the self wash features, including soap, brush, wax, grease remover, high velocity blowers, etc. It can be a little pricey if you pay by card and just keep hitting the extend button, but in the end you'll probably be happy with the result.

Assaulted today at this Chevron by a "Karen" who is a Chevron employee, and ask for you to boycott Chevron for now and for ever, until they apologize and get rid of racist employees, and especially hire more Latinos. I left the restroom after washing my hands, and was immediately assaulted by a young white women a Chevron employee that stood less than six feet from me, and screamed at me..."you better listen to us next time we tell you not to come in." I walked around her and explained I did not understand what she was talking about and to please speak with her co-worker who is a young Indian ethnically who had asked me to return into the store. As I tried to explain to "Karen" with no success, that I had walked into the store earlier when the young Indian women asked me to return in 10 minutes because the restrooms were in the process of being cleaned. I went back to my SUV and loaded a gas can I filled up, and upon returning into the store Just short of ten minutes I told the Chevron attendant ( young Indian) that I was going to check if the restroom were available. A custodian who was cleaning the restroom asked if I needed to enter the restroom and I said yes if ok, and he said so. As soon as I left the restroom to walk of the out "Karen" stepped in front of me within six feet and started her rant. I was shocked at her actions to block me from walking out that was clearly premeditated to assault me. Even as I walked around her she proceeded to follow me, and she grabbed a broom, and started to sweep a rug outside the front door as she screamed at me for other customers to hear. I remembered what Michelle Obama would say..when they go low you go high." I kept my composure and attempted to explain that she did not understand that her co-worker had asked me to come back and when I did, I acknowledged my re-entry into the store to her co-worker. I also pointed out to her that her co-worker had never stated to me that the store was closed, and had invited me back. To no avail she still screamed at me outdoors, while looking towards a white male customer putting gas who pretended not to notice. Karen then changed her tune by stating that she also wanted to be with her family for Thanksgiving. What! Now it was about Thanksgiving, and I was feeling the lack of it as a customer right now, and more than that assaulted! As I told her that no one had ever stated that the store was closed, and it clearly was still with sliding glass front doors open open, I told her actions were disturbing. At this point she looked at my SUV noticing my son in it as she screamed that she wanted to be with her family for Thanksgiving also. It was all about her feelings , and with no concern of how her actions made my 11 year old feel at that moment. I just walked away hearing her scream at me. It was a troubling moment to say the least as my son looked scared when I entered my SUV, and asked me why the lady was screaming at me. I explained to him that as minorities that white racist will rant false accusations even here Ventura , CA. where we just moved from Texas. My son understands that it is dangerous to be confrontational with racist, because a business like Chevron will call Police who will treat us the same, and even hurt us. It is better to stay away from those businesses, and especially the people they hire.

This place is the United Airlines of car washes in Ventura. Handy location and sometimes you just have to use it but it is winning the race to the bottom. 4 out of the last 5 times I've had my car washed I had to go home and clean my windows. Today I came and left with the same dirt on the windshield and back window. Every window was streaked and smudged. I could not see it until I got out in the sun and I did not have time to return. They did not clean my windshield nor my roof and did not wipe the roof. I can only imagine what scum is left on my paint. Awful. I can't say never again but it will be #12 on my list of 5.
