“J. Crew and J. Crew factory are two of my favorite clothing stores to shop, so I was excited when I learned they had a J. Crew factory at the shops at montage. J. Crew factory is an outlet store, so they have a lot of discounts and you can usually find a lot of good quality items at very low prices. The only problem I ever run into is that they are usually sold out of the items I want in my size (sigh). I am an avid online shopper at J. Crew factory and love the option to take clothing back to the store rather than through the mail. I have never had any issues with returns. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and not overbearing, which I appreciate.”

“Went here today to purchase an outfit for an internship interview and had the best service imaginable! Patti and Marta went above and beyond anything I have experienced in a clothing store. Not only did they help me find pieces in their own store and ordered me an item they didn’t have in stock, but Patti even walked down to Chico’s, another affiliated store of theirs, to grab me an item in my size and brought it back for me to try on. Literally the best associates and 100% recommend!”
“I'm leaving a review regarding one of the attendants in the store. I didn't catch her name but that women went above and beyond to help me. I always loved LOFT for business casual or causal but neat clothing. I had gotten a hot drink at the drive-thru near this store, which spilled all over my pants and burned my legs. I ran into the store, told her what happened, she brought me right back to the dressing room, got me 3 pairs of pants to try on and I was able to pick one out, and walk out 10 minutes later freshly dressed. Thank you sweet helpful girl! She was sooo nice.”
