Got held up at at Doctor appointment, showed up less than 30 minutes before closing.. Still assisted me and had me out the door by closing. Perfect job - very friendly - couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Btw I live 45 min away so it really helped me out . Thank you Gentlemen!

Scheduled appointment drove 1.5 hours to the tune of $30 in gas not to mention time. With no phone call or issues with appointment. Upon arrival I was told no one in the store was able to complete the repair that I signed up for and was confirmed. The store worker looked up and said, I see your appointment but we can help you. It's unfortunate that this is the way business operate.Update: Based on owners response. Before I left my house I did call 3 times and was hung up on after many rings. Also, If this is all corporate run, the message says that the location will call with questions before your appointment, at no point does it state that the customer call to find out if tech's are available to work on the repair that was set up. I am sorry, but your associates comment as to maybe I should call Microsoft because it was there product was not really appropriate when you offer the service for that product. I don't know how your queue's work, the associate in your office should have received notification that I was on my way.All things relative, it was not a good experience to be on the road for over 2 hours and not have the ability to have the work completed. Thank you for your apology, but it still does not replace the time and/or the money spent going to your establishment. Hope you are able to rectify this type of issue in the future.

Very pleased with the service provided. The price was literally hundreds less than what I was quoted at Best Buy, and the repair was done in a timely manner.

Ran my beautiful iPhone 14 Pro Max over with the lawnmower. I went to about 3 or 4 shady places in the area (including the Viewmont Mall) and was given some quotes as high as $500. Although uBreakiFix wasn’t able to repair my phone they gave me some incredible advice informing me with the frame broke a new screen wouldn’t seat properly. The other places just wanted to charge me regardless if it worked or not with “NO REFUND” signs hanging everywhere. Definitely professionals here that will get my future business *knock on wood*

Worst experience I have ever had. The 2 new guys have no clue what they are doing improper training. Brought my IPad in With a cracked screen and 2 days later another issue. That was not there previously and was asked if I took a picture of screen before I brought it in for repair basically Called me a liar hollering at me. Needs customer service skills. I brought this to attention of the owner and she is sorry I had a horrible experience. Don’t waist your time and money they have no clue what there doing.

Excellent quick screen repair with friendly staff. As soon as I submitted my insurance claim, they called and asked when I wanted to come in. It took one hour, no charge with Asurion.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced!!! I had taken my ps4 in to get the disc drive changed on Friday. I was told it would be $150 and I could pick it up on Wednesday sept. 6th, however i explained I could not come until the next day, (today/Thursday sept7th) due to living in Jim Thorpe, which I was told was fine. So I show up after driving from Jim thorpe just to be told my machine was NEVER fixed and I was never even given a courtesy call to notify me of the delay. So at this point they not only wasted my time and my gas but my patience also. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know not to do business with these frauds!!!!!! If I could score a zero, I definitely would. And FYI if you don’t know what you’re doing, perhaps you shouldn’t be in business in the first place.?UPDATED: September 8th in regards to owner response…I was told by your employee you had the part onsite for my PlayStation when I dropped it off. So clearly your staff should not be misleading people. Like I said before, I came in to get a service done yet was lied to and was never given any heads up on ANY type of delay. The gentleman who assisted me even was given an extra 24hours to complete the job. Your staffed was highly unprofessional and useless. If anything you should be offering to fix my PS4 for free since I had to endure this nonsense from your establishment. Instead you wish to tell me I need to be more understanding and how could I leave a bad review?! Not to mention nonsense about the holiday and being short staffed. Those excuses are your problem and not the problem of the paying customer seeking your services. But thanks for the response. You just showed how much you care about your business and the customers who keep you in business. ??

The young gentleman was alone in the store and still found time to help me. Couldn't ultimately help me with my problem, but he was very kind and patient. He was a credit to his company.

They take their time, they don’t call you the same day saying it’s fixed or it can’t be. Good work takes time, unfortunately they don’t have a solder team and couldn’t repair my Xbox 1. But they cleaned it and found the main problem for free. Honestly how could you be mad. Great polite team. And cheaper to fix your phone screens there then it is at I-dropped. For iPhone X. 100$ for a new screen.

My wait time was 2 hours but there were others ahead of me. They were also training new people how to do the job. No problems with my phone. They did a great job and were very friendly.
