Very down to earth. No haggling required. Feel like we got the best price on our trade-in and got our new vehicle under MSRP. They were very honest about the market. Answered all our questions. Ordered our new GMC Canyon AT4 In mid May and got the first week of July. Excellent turnaround time. Love the vehicle so far.
Unfortunately, it has developed some headlight flickering at night, which is starting to become a known problem with multiple reports on the forms and social media, but I have Made an appointment with the service department. This is not the dealerships fault.
Our salesman was John M. And he was excellent and straightforward, and our appraiser was Justin, and he also gave us what our vehicle was worth for the current market conditions and was very apologetic when it was actually a little bit less than quoted because the market dropped, but he was very straightforward explaining it. All around excellent experience.

Dont let this business continue to rip you off. They want 229.00 dollars for front brakes and the business i use only charge 129.00 for all 4 wheels so who is screwing who.Also notice they always remove the negative comments to hide the poor quality of there service dept.

Mark is the only technician in NEPA that touches my vehicles. He treats my truck like his own. He Takes his time, is very friendly and professional. He does a great job no matter what my Escalade needs. He's definitely an asset to the company! I pray he never retires.

The staff at Jo Dan worked with me to find the right vehicle and the right deal. Tony in sales and Tiffany in finance were not high pressure , very patient and attentive to our needs plus, the owner, Danny, even made it a point to sit down and go over the deal with me. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Love the fact that they are all local people including the ownership.

It took a week just to get my car in the shop. After they looked at the car, they gave me an explanation using technical terms that added up to a $3000 bill. We had a family member talk to them that works in a dealership service department. He simplified it for me. We came to the conclusion that we would try to trade the car using a $7000 appraisal. When we arrived there they wanted an additional $8000 for the financing. They also tried to steer us towards buying a new car. They said we were not eligible to buy a used car. We requested to take our vehicle home. They then wanted us to pay $149 when we were told $100. Then they didn't want to release our vehicle citing safety issues. I looked up a lot of the parts and they were cheaper(waaay cheaper) than I was quoted there. We have our car and don't plan on using them again. This whole process took 3 weeks and no progress at all.
