This is a well stocked store which opened up in December of 2020 so it still has that new store vibe to it plus I really like how it's layout is. Especially the wide Isles which makes it easy to pass some customers who like to camp out in the middle of the Isles for some unknown reason. I love the ones who decide that's where they'll start their coupon inventory list, C'mon people Really?? Hahaha. All Departments here are always running on all cylinders from the Deli Counter, Meats, Produce, Seafood, and Bakery. Speaking of this Bakery Department they did an unbelievable job on a Pull-Apart Cupcake Birthday Cake. [see picture] Prices are fair here at ShopRite especially when you can catch stuff on sale you really can save a decent amount of moola. Plus Store Associates are friendly and helpful for the most part and check out's are always easy with the self check out machines. Cranking It Up to 5 Stars for the ShopRite of Moosic!! Come And Get Your Shopping On!!

I didn't like being pestered to try their free samples of deli meats and cheese. Instead of being offered face to face I was approached from behind with a song about my shirt. Once I said no thank you I should not have been asked "well what about the cheese? the cheese too?" I couldn't get away fast enough from this man. The store has plenty of everything but not really much of what I want. Also many items are overpriced. The way they handle produce really needs to improve. Everything is dripping wet.

Was able to walk in and get a Covid booster on the spot. The pharmacist was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I seen they have a drive through too, I should transfer all of my family’s prescriptions there. It would be more convenient.

The loose green leafy produce I buy from shoprite always looks limp and lasts only two days in my fridge. After shopping there a second time I realized the reason is that they put fresh unwrapped produce directly on shaved ice. This causes the fibers to contract and there's no liquid for the leaves to soak up. So leaves and asparagus are drying out. And the cost of lettuce is getting more expensive. Items similar to each other are not shelved together making things difficult to find.Sale items are equally difficult to find and may be placed far above eye level or not available at all. I was approached by a man offering free samples. He didn't look clean or groomed. He was wearing a sloppy looking cloth mask barely hanging on. I told him no thanks. He said "are you sure?" I replied I'm on a strict low salt low carb diet . He persisted with "you know what the bible says" .... My reply "I don't believe in your bible". So he decided to heckle me next time he saw me..The staff in seafood was very uncooperative when I asked him to press a finger on the salmon for me to see if it is fresh. He should be aware of that method, and he shouldn't be offended by my wanting to check it for freshness. I specifically went to shoprite for rainbow trout. He said there wasn't any and to try back Sunday or Wednesday. Everyone knows those are the wrong days to get fresh fish is stores and restaurants. so thanks for that. The red and the black tilapia were not fresh. The eyes were dull and sunken in. No wonder so many people in this area say they hate fish.More than half of their customers don't wear a mask.I don't need to go back to this store again.
