“I drove quite a distance being from Jersey to visit a friend who lives in the area. I was informed prior that I could trade in fish. I was tired of keeping bettas because I found them limiting my growth as an aquatic hobbyist plus all of the stuff I had experienced related to them. I am very fortunate that I was able to receive the services and fish I wanted. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about various species to care for. I am also very pleased to see the level of care and cleanliness that goes into their animals compared to other stores (that may or may not be franchised). If you live in the area and are interested in getting a pet, THIS STORE IS A MUST!!!!!!!”
“Pet Supplies Plus is my pet grocery store . This where I do the majority of my pet food shopping and more. It’s like the Walmart for your pet needs PLUS you get great offers and rewards (coupons) for money off on the website and mailed out coupons. Thank you ?”

“I was going in to get a new harness for my rapidly growing Golder Retriever puppy. Now, he has managed to escape from every harness I have gotten him to date. I thought how fortunate an employee was stocking harnesses. I asked her which was best, and without hesitating, she said this type. It was a simple harness, one of the cheaper ones there. She also had an escape artist, and the one she pointed out was the only one her dog couldn't escape from. The brand was Top Paw, but any harness built like that would work.”
“My dog was very happy with her stay. She is very little and staff takes extra care of her little needs. She is a little shy too. Nice to know they have sweet , appropriate, animal loving staff. What a relief to not have to worry about my sweet girl while on my trip. Extra ty to Steven who carried her around a lot. ?”
“The people over here are amazing. So hard to find people that work at store and know what they are talking about. I had a problem with my chickens and 2 people made sure that they helped me in every way possible. My chickens are feeling much better due to their help. Ty”

“Best Pet Store! Staff are the best. All of them are great and have their own specialties. Amanda and Anthony are two of my puppy's favorite people. If your dog shows signs of allergies, talk to Anthony - wealth of knowledge on the subject! We make sure Charlie only eats things on the "Anthony Approved" list.”
“My cat Pugsley very much enjoyed his visits here, even though seeing the dogs makes him irrationally angry. He liked visiting the birds to watch and occasionally yell at them. He doesn't get out much, clearly. He's a strictly indoor boy. Great selection of pet foods and toys. My cats went wild for the various freeze dried treats they carry so I made a point to always stop here for treats. The staff are so nice, even when Pugsley was aggressively grumpy one day and screamed at the cashier. I'm so sorry about my rude son. He really does enjoy his visits.”
“Great grocery store. Doesn't look like one on the outside, but it has a bunch of canned food, dry goods, and other things. They apparently get overstock from the big box places, so they can afford to sell at a discount. Wish I knew about this month's ago.”

“I love the animals but unfortunately most of the staff makes you feel uncomfortable. Great pets for a hefty price tag. They must find a forever home. The staff needs guidance on customer service.”
“It is not exactly the cleanest establishment why I gave it a 4 star. It is a family owned business with various things from all sorts of fish etc. The prices a 1/4 or the price of PetSmart etc. The knowledge they have is amazing far outweighs that of workers at PetSmart that just are trained to do a position and do not have the extensive knowledge.”
