Had a panic attack when I realized it wasn't big enough so I called customer service. Eddy helped me get a second POD delivered same day, Mark the Manager called to confirm. Roberto delivered again and helped change the pick up dates so both PODS would get picked up on the day we were selling our home. I believe another gentleman named Mark also picked up the PODS.
