Minooka Subaru Joe found me the steal, Matt sold me the wheels, &Claire found and finalized the deal and Mike explained that I no longer will need to click my heels. In all seriousness, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. There are not enough words to express my appreciation. What started as an overwhelming and sad situation requiring me to search for another car ended up with an amazing car. I owe it to the Minooka Subaru staff. Thank you again so much!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Absolutely no pressure or hassling to buy. It was more or less if u see something u like and have questions there more than happy to help but they won't follow u around and keep pestering u like other places. And i highly recommend asking for Chris he's very personable and knowledgeable about all models.

Welcoming and calm environment. This place has great salesmen with an easy process of test driving vehicles. What makes this place great is that the salesman doesn't feel pushy and allows you the freedom to see if the vehicle suits you without feeling overwhelmed.

Driver's side windshield wiper went bad and needed a new one that they do not sell in any auto store. Subaru used to sell the rubber to just replace that for $10. This lady time I went for the rubber they told me that it is the lady one and that I would have to pay $60 for a while new arm which doesn't sound right or fair. So I said quietly and to myself that it sounds like a major corporation scam of the little guy. But I think I may have found a way around buying the whole arm. I took a look at a few other stores for other 26" wipers and found a couple that I should be able to just take the rubbers off and be able to replace the bad rubber and saving myself and hopefully everyone else that has been trying to get around giving Subaru your first born child and right arm just to be able to drive around in the rain. Thank you come again?!

My dad has been a loyal customer for 40 plus years and it showed when I accompanied him for service on his vehicle. I've seen being catered to before believe me. But nothing like the treatment dad received. From the moment we got there till the moment we left it was all about Dad and his car. Service agent, sales, mechanics. Even if the weren't involved came over to dad to say hello and ask about his welfare. Incredible.I have never desired nor purchased a new car. I've been lucky and unlucky with used. I do my own service and repairs ( The fewer that know I can. the better). But I missed out of the friendships and professional relationships that dad truly loves. Now I know why he would drive so far just for an oil change.Minooka Subaru if I left out anything I apologize. You deserve high accolades

I'd definitely recommend Minooka Subaru!!We went in knowing what we wanted, Chris was our salesmen, no haggle, no fuss, smoothest & easiest transaction ever!! My 24 Outback came in, they had it prepped immaculately, went over the entire car & features with us.Financing was a breeze, staff was all friendly, Chris our salesman was a great guy.My next vehicle will definitely be a Subaru from Minooka Subaru!!!Love the car!!!

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, dealership, that just so happens to sell the best long term car value investment, after you leave the lot!They also do a phenomenal job, with just that “no pressure” kind hearted walk through on any financial, availability, or order that best suites your budget. For example, my 81 year old Dad has countlessly gone back to ask questions on a daily basis on the new “bells and whistles” training afterwards, with the new technology.The service center is more than cordial, to address anything, with his constantly questions on the new technology.In my book that’s the 6 star treatment ,other dealerships do not follow through on..

I recently bought a Forester at Minooka Subaru and every step of the process was great! This was my first experience buying a car at a dealership and it couldn't have been a better one. Everyone was really helpful along the way and very professional. I am so happy we bought from Minooka Subaru! The day of purchase was easy and stress-free, and they gave me a tutorial of the car before I took it home. Their service center is also great, and fixed a few small issues with the air and windows without any hesitation. I love my Subaru and we will definitely be back again when it's time to car shop. Thank you Chris and everyone at Minooka Subaru for a great experience!

I had a service appt a few months ago. I explained everything the car had on it before scheduling the appointment, they said okay and scheduled it. I received a call from them saying they won’t touch it because of what’s on it and charged me 50$. The mechanic was extremely informative told me what he could with the short time given as the service manager is only money hungry and didn’t wanna diagnose.This subaru doesn’t have your best interest in mind.

I stopped by today to use the express service to get my coolant checked out. The staff was so nice and helpful. This was my first time at this dealership and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend.

Stopped in with my family 2 weeks ago to see what they had on the lot. Spent approximately 15min and never spoke to a salesman. Guess they were to busy to greet customers.
