“I’ve rented cars from this Avis many times as it’s my home location. Always great customer service. One time the woman working the counter forgot to give me back my ID. She called me when I was almost home to let me know. I was bummed I had to turn around, but didn’t have to! They sent a runner to my apartment with my ID. He was there within 30 mins. That is exceptional service in my book!”
“Quick service . Cars well mantained. They should focus on odours . My car had some smell of a pet . Last year whem i hired a jeep it was used by some smoker for sure . They may have cleaned it but for me i had to use masks . Nevertheless i praise easy check in and check outs. Professional and trained staff . I would use them again”

“A few weeks back I made a reservation with a different rental car service and the day I was suppose to pick up it fell through! Even after I made a reservation a week earlier.Norma who was with hertz was absolutely solid, went out her way to help me out and get my problem resolved EVEN though I did not make a reservation through them initially. She was patient, kind, down to earth and showed genuine kindness (that’s extremely difficult to find these days.)Norma if you ever see this thank you for showing up in clutch that day!! Not only are you a great employee with Hertz but for being a person who gave me hope that there’s kindness that still exists. Keep your light bright!!! Because you didn’t have to help me out but you made the decision that very second to.”
