My dog was here for day nearly daily for over two months. Also spent overnights. She loved going there. The staff and owner was awesome and so professional! I highly recommend. Will definitely come back if in the area!

Camp Bow Wow offers excellent customer service, a wide arrange of different services and a great way to schedule them as well as scheduling doggy day camp using the app. Glad I finally found a place with a great staff that makes Rufus feels like hs is at home

One of the things that atracted me to camp bow wow was the ability for me to see on my cell phone what my love one was doing. Every time you miss your dog you can see him on the phone and feel close to him. Also the staff is very friendly, the place is very clean. They also have an app where you can make your appointments, your pet will be away from home but you will feel that your pet never left. I will definitely recommend this place.

I boarded my dog here for a week and although it cost more than the normal place I usually boarded her for vacations, I felt it was well worth it. The facility is super clean. She was given a complimentary bath and had a nice big space to hang out with other dogs rather than sit in a dirty kennel all day. The staff are very friendly. I liked that I could use the app to watch the indoor play area and see my dog. They take the time to do an interview day to make sure all dogs allowed at daycare will play nice with each other. Also, there's no set time you have to pick up your dog from boarding to avoid being charged an extra day, and that's a nice perk. Most places will charge if your dog isn't picked up super early, which I've always thought was unfair. So when you compare pricing to other boarding kennels, Camp Bow Wow is really pretty reasonable. My only concern is that I never seemed to see any dogs in the outdoor play area when I looked at the camper cam. I would've liked to have seen her getting some fresh air. But overall I'm very happy I boarded my dog here.

Clean establishment. Friendly staff. A little too strict for our liking. They don’t feed the dogs while at daycare, which I don’t fully understand. If my dog is with you for 10 hours, they don’t get to eat?I also wasn’t a fan of the fact that they don’t play with the dogs with toys! The dogs just seem to wandering around aimlessly with the other dogs, not really doing much. You have to pay an extra $15 or so to have someone spend individual time with them. Will not be returning unfortunately

My dog loves Camp Bow Wow Scranton/Wilkes-Barre! The staff is amazing. They treat my fluffy kid as their own. My dog looks forward to her camp days. I love that I can watch my baby all day on their live cameras. I would recommend CBW to everyone who has a fur-baby.

I absolutely love camp bow wow for my pup! At first he was very shy and the staff did a fantastic job at being patient with making him feel comfortable, and now he looks forward to going to daycare to see of all his friends! When I walk in we are always greeted by the most friendly staff! It's such a relief to know my pup is in good hands throughout the day :)

It’s super important as a business to state what your business is about or in better terms your mission. I was not informed on the phone about what the interview process entailed for our dogs to be boarded. We brought our dog there & we were told he would be put into a room with another dog to see if they get along. Which yes, that’s great to make sure a dog is suitable to your standards. I know my dog has never been that close to another dog ever, except his brother. I did state this before he went in the back with workers. I could have saved myself & you the time & energy if this was explained. Our dogs do go to other boarding facilities and do just fine. They are put together in a room and they have individual playtime/potty time with workers outside. In fact they’re adored by many due to catering to our dogs needs. For us this is familiar & we thought your business would be able to cater to our dogs needs. Super important to remember there are other boarding facilities in the area that do things differently. So, again communicating your process is important! We like to support local business & we wanted to add more places to our list for boarding. Lastly, it’s important that workers know how to read vaccination papers if your primary concern is dog safety.

Lily went for the first time and they tested her with other dogs to be sure it would be a good fit before accepting her. I appreciate that. I also loved the puppy cams so you can watch your dog. We look forward to going back.

Super friendly staff and helped us out with a last minute reservation. They also said kennel cough was going on in the area so they kept day camp dogs away from boarders, what a great idea and show that they are doing what they should. Definitely recommend!

Grand Dog is visiting us and we needed to board him. Per owner (Daughter) and local VCA veterinarian, Camp Bow Wow was recommended. We took dog May 10, 2023 for his 3 hour interview. We returned, and while filling out paperwork I noticed blood on his right upper shoulder. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THERE WAS AN INJURY. When brought to the attention of the Manager, she said she did not notice it and no counselor mentioned an injury. Upon examination we noticed a deep puncture wound. Upon REQUEST manager applied an antibacterial wipe.We left the facility knowing we would NOT return. We applied antibiotic for the next 24 hours. May 12 we noticed swelling and drainage and took him to the emergency center since local VCA had no openings. The resulting bill was $321 and we were advised he may need surgery. Fortunately it seems the wound is healing and surgery is averted.Daughter and we called to inform Camp Bow Wow only to find total apathy. We were told owner would call Daughter and that call did not happen. We NEVER experienced such an uncaring pet centered business and it made us wonder what goes on behind those closed doors. BEWARE!
