Rude staff and not at all helpful. She as much as told me to shop elsewhere, which I intend to do. Hallmark is overrated in my opinion!

I found no organization in the Christmas cards. E.g., "Son" cards were displayed in at least 2 separate areas, with "Friend" card tucked in with "Son" in one area. Discouraging.

Love Norman's Hallmark! Great variety of items. Love that they carry Jim Shore products, among others and Vera Bradley.

My girlfriend and I were just about to shop in this particular location since we were in the area, and apparently this store was only open until 6, but had not changed the hours posted on the door. It wasn't even 6:05 until an employee yelled "We close at 6 guys!" in a very rude manner. Won't be coming here again.

0/5 stars. My grandfather called asking for a birthday card and before he could even talk they said to stop prank calling. My grandfather has been a smoker for many years so his voice is raspy, they made a very rude comment by saying to stop prank calling. He accidentally hung up the first time. Cant believe this.

I have shopped here many times but after Friday, Never again. I called and placed Willow tree nativity pieces on hold. The young lady said they had them in stock and would be there"because no one is going to come and buy them" . 20 minutes later I arrived at the store and she told me "It's the display" and she needs to get a ladder. I asked if the card and papers that come in the Willow tree are in there and the manager comes out. She was rude, nasty and snarky. Banging the box with her fingers telling me "THERE IS NO PAPER THAT COMES IN THE BOX" I tell her I buy them all the time and there is absolutely descriptive papers in the box and it's a gift for someone. She rolls her eyes and says well, I unpacked this, there is only one card and that's all" I tell her I don't appreciate her attitude and I'm not going to spend my money here. She says "good" and dramatically hits the keyboard to clear out my order without hesitation. If you don't want to work with the customers and maintain a pleasant attitude maybe customer service isn't the job for you. Needless to say I bought the sets at another hallmark and what's in the box? A card and description paper! SMH I should get an apology! The young red head and the old red head were rude (manager and young female employee) the kind woman with blonde hair at the register was really nice (Liz and Jill)

Very nice store in a sad location. It is really worth to stop and look for cards, gifts or novelties for your home.

Been to both in Dallas and moosic both are well stocked with great selections and helpful staff.Moosic tends to have an occasional pushy,irritating customer.
