Frustrated !!! Needed a piece of glass cut to repair a window pane in garage window, showed up Saturday morning only to be told “the guy who does that isn’t here today, come back Sunday and we can do it!” Went back Sunday (as instructed) only to be told by another employee, oh we on,y do that in store Monday-Wednesday-Friday! Thanks God for Lowe’s and Home Depot! BS …..

I checked their online inventory for a foam cooler. Unfortunately the inventory was incorrect and the cooler was almost 3x the price I found at Shoprite next door. The staff was nice and helpful that was the only redeeming quality. Still was a waste of time.

I went to pay and two ladies were talking to a customer and exchanging experiences so I was important to them so I left my punches on the counter and I left . I went out of my way to get to that store I WILL NEVER WASTE THAT TRIP AGAIN !

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I stopped in for 2 propane tank refills for the Memorial Day holiday and the process was quick. $9.99 for each tank.
The store is big and well stocked and the staff knows where items are when asked.
Much easier than the orange and blue big box stores.

Over the weekend, my father decided he needed a new smoker/grill and found a great deal online at Ace but none of the stores near us had the grill in stock. After about an hour of searching, we found it here! When we called the store to confirm before driving 2 hours, Nick and his team were so helpful in confirming it was there and how we could get the deal online. We were so excited and grateful for all their help! Highly would recommend this store for any grilling needs!
