Pharmacy not store review I see both for rating here. Declined past few months in Professionalism even the new pharmacist off to a bad ? start unable actually listen to a question about serious drug side effects and answer my questions told me anything else I have Ppl waiting for vaccines ‽ Yes answer my question. Never even pulled up my record and delayed her own self to take care of both tasks. System and services Declined not filling new Rx and put in System as refill so delaying treatment and limited hours open late, close early. A couple male long time techs remain cheery, compassionate and efficient on phone and in store I hope get noticed reset the environment. New signs by drive thru are for staff not customers in a place staff can't read ? New Management possible thought and negative, don't know, no manners seem be results w no greeting, no name, etc... I wouldn't say either I was a Jerk at Work. Mail to house works great for gas savings on routine meds refill dates vary No service to manage 1 monthly date as other Pharmacys have. Any Chronic Condition schedule drugs Beware do not exclude your routine drugs from FDA policy as it states, you are treated às an Addict and not fill drug unless call controlling your treatment and delaying it as prescribed. No written policy posted or provided on behavior Pharmacy action and different answers monthly. Chat Pharmacist much better service on line 24/7 if specific questions and 800 customer service great too for needs Store a 5 always helpful to find items even checked stock and Awesome

This pharmacy may have literally saved my husband's life the other night. We had just returned to Pittsburgh from Utah with a traveling nurse assisting my husband. My husband had just been released from a hospital in Utah that morning. We had traveled all day. The hospital doctors did not give my husband any meds to go home with that day. Something about Utah law. I had four scripts that needed filled that night. They were very important meds that he needed to take that evening. I came into the store in a panic knowing the pharmacy was about to close. The pharmacy tech listened to my concerns and took a look at the scripts. She assured me that they would be filled that night. Sure enough within a half hour all four scripts were filled. The tech even asked me before ringing up one of the meds if I realized how much one of the meds would cost to make sure I had enough money for the meds. There were 3 people working in the pharmacy that evening. I will be forever grateful for the professionalism and curtesy was given upon my visit to this pharmacy. Great Staff. Outstanding service.

The only pharmacy in the area that can even fill one of my prescriptions. Very helpful Pharmacy. Quick drive thru. Well stocked store and friendly employees. The parking lot is a bit nerve wracking however trying to exit during rush hour

This Walgreens location definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd been looking for a Walgreens specific product and checked online and saw this location had them in stock. I called the store and spoke to a super nice lady ( I sadly did not get her name), and she put the products aside for me so I could pick them up after work. Once I got to the store, everything was neatly organized and easy the layout was easy to navigate. The employees I had interactions with were all very helpful. Overall I had a great experience with this Walgreens location.

Very kind and helpful. Will go out of there way to try to help up. They make you feel comfortable, they don't make you feel like you don't belong like your out of place, they make you feel you belong. Very outstanding keep it up!!

Just a more expensive Wal-Mart... there is a Wal-Mart right across now soooo how is this branch still in business
