The ATM was not touchscreen and buttons did not correlate with the actions displayed on the screen. It took me three tries to just deposit cash into my account using trial and error. It was unnecessarily time consuming.

I left. The Customer Relations with Customers overdrafting mine and others on different days when customer would have couple bucks in bank. Bank would hold off .Money was in there then . Take out transaction on low amount.then chargeOverdraft fees. Intentional.take advantage of.Poor.Also screwing Customers on Loans

This place is so miserably busy. Tight parking. Always a line. I am soo bummed they closed the other branches for this place... switching to another bank just so I don't have to wait ages to see a teller.

Opened a joint bank account here with my husband. Staff is friendly and warm! Facility is modern and clean. A lot of people who posted reviews complaining seem to be unaware that everywhere is short staffed and to be KIND to the people who do work. People don't live to serve you. Learn some patience and respect.

The bank and parking lot are too small for the location. Only 3 teller stations, no organization to the internal layout, staff was nice though.

John Yaworski at the Moon twp branch is fantastic. He has helped me with everything I have needed to deal with the paperwork after the loss of my dad. He is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to help. Thank you John.

Very rude staff. Had a teller tell me they could not provide me with the change I need to run my business because it was too close to closing time. It was 5:15pm and they close at 6… Will definitely not be opening a business account with them. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time with this branch.
