Northstar is always quick to help me with any car issues I have. Sometimes there is a longer wait to get my car back the day of service, but I can appreciate getting an appointment as soon as I need one. It is a great place to work with, having friendly staff and being able to do text updates if you are unable to call or wait for an update on your vehicle. I have been a customer of theirs for about 10 years now and will continue to go here!

Eugene and Lauren were awesome. Then I had wait over 1.5 hours for finance guy who was upset when I asked what I am waiting for. Insurance was verified and cashiers check.

My review is for service. I needed a new transmission and was told it would take 2-7 days to get the necessary part and one day to do the work. Ten days went by without hearing anything from anyone. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone for an update. Finally, two weeks later, I got a response that the suv would be ready. Throughout the process the whole team was rude and did a poor job of communicating and explaining anything. Jason, in particular, has a horrible attitude. Anytime I asked questions he rolled his eyes and told me "you can google it....this is how we make money." These people suck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I called about a pre-owned 2015 Silverado. We live about an hour from the dealership so called to make sure a reasonable deal could be made. We were reassured by Lauren that the deal could be pretty close to what we were looking for. We drove the hour drive, met Kevin, and went on a test drive. Kevin was friendly and was discussing all of the bells and whistles on the car we would be trading in. As soon as we got back from the test drive his whole attitude changed. He offered us way below the Kelly Blue Book pricing and refused to negotiate. He actually stated that we should go buy our car from Cochran since they offered us more. So if you're looking to purchase a vehicle with professional, friendly, and honest people take their recommendation and look somewhere else.

last 2 inspections had a chech eng light on they reset it and passed the vehicle.there's a memo from Chevy about bad fuel injectors and for them to fix the problem. Had back brakes put on, had no parking brake when I got home. Another return trip. Now the best. 1,449 miles after having AC condenser changed the transmission cooler line came off and blew up my transmission. It didn't break just came off. The service manager said to the magistrate that I must've hit something I GOT NO HELP WITH THE REPAIR!!!!I wouldn't let them work on my wheelbarrow!!!!

Their cars are nice. They gave me a good price for a spark (I love this car). I am not a big fan of there rewards. I tried using them and they were gone when I thought they didn't expire. I would definitely get another car from there but I would go somewhere more reasonable for maintenance.

We purchased a 2022 Silverado. We knew what we wanted before we arrived. North Star worked quickly to get us back on the road and make it a pleasant experience.

One star would be too much for this dealership. Admittedly I don’t know much about how to sell a car, but I would think asking someone to leave while they are already in the drivers seat for a test drive isn’t a good tactic. Why was I asked to leave, you wonder? I wondered that too. They informed us they were “too busy” to assist us in our shopping (even though we had scheduled an appointment) and pulled our salesperson to help someone else. I was asked to exit the vehicle and schedule another time to visit.
Our time is valuable and our hard earned dollars are valuable. I will happily be taking both to Subaru. No one deserves to be treated with such little respect.

First of all, see Jeff if you want to purchase a car, he'll take good care of you.The service dept is great. The texting option is an additional way to know how your vehicle is doing during the repair process. The service person stays in touch with you throughout.Service department and lounge are fully accessible.Service: Vehicle Inspection
