I received an email at 1:34pm the day before a 10am closing saying that what I was told the prior week regarding the amount at closing and the company was different. I am pissed at this company. It is so unprofessional to give less than 24 hours notice for these types of things.

Horrible to work with!! Poor communication, was the best thing about them. They tell the borrower (home buyer) that they'll save a lot of money. The truth is that they don't disclose all of the expenses so initially they look better than an honest company that does properly disclose total expenses. You find out at the closing.

I am a notary loan signing agent and I am beyond disappointed of what this company is paying their signing agents now for a lots of work. $50 $45 for at least 5 hrs of work with all my supplies and driving is beyond disrespectful. They charging the clients $200-300. With their $45 pay I am at loss . They need to be reported

This company misfiled a deed and was not at all responsive when my clients tried to contact them. We are now a month past closing. My client is getting ready to pursue legal action.

If I could give a lesser rating I would. ZERO communication from the escrow officer. Unwilling to provided updates on their own. Escrow officer was never in the office. The lack of professionalism was displayed at its fullest. Tanya was terrible. I hope we can avoind this title company for future transactions.

Updated: after what appeared to be a very rocky start with MC, communication has gotten better. I was contacted by Tracy and things began to turn around. There were some hiccups, but I'm confident that we will close this property.

Aweful, racist company in terms of their hiring practices. I had told someone who worked there I was interviewing for a position, and they told me I would be interviewing with an Indian project manager, and that she would probably sabotage my interview because she wanted to onboard Indian candidates. I thought he was just messing with me, but sure enough, I spoke to her during the interview, and she was asking so many questions that were not relevant to the job. Every other conversation was great. My friend told me that they went with an Indian candidate. If their hiring practices are shady, imagine what they will do to you at the closing table. Just look at their reviews lol.

Between Mortgage Connect and Inspire, they only paid me $4. I lost about $3,000. I have looked at their confirmations and I did not see where an invoice was required.

I hope this review does not get removed.. if it does, they do not want what they did to be published on a review.This was the worse title company I have ever dealt with.I purchased/closed on a house that was in foreclosure. (Paid cash). The closing was a mess, they didn’t return calls and it delayed the closing process when purchasing the property. They, along with the selling bank and realtor, edited the pictures of the house I purchased to make it more appealing to buyers… I let that go, as well as the messy and delayed closing process. That’s not the worst of it…. I renovated the house in order to sell it to a friend as a mortgage… come to find out mortgage connect never did the work they were supposed to do. There was a discrepancy in the property lines. They missed it … it gets worse. The new title company could not close until it was corrected by mortgage connect. The new title company tried to get in touch with mortgage connect SEVERAL times, but all attempts were ignored. I finally had to contact an attorney to make sure they responded— I called to make mortgage connect aware of that. It wasn’t until I mentioned I was going to bring legal action against them did the decide to respond. However, they still have not resolved the issue. I could have closed on this property 3 weeks ago and here I am… nothing corrected. I have lost thousands in interest and have delayed paying my own obligations due to their error and delay at making the simple correction. Dealing with mortgage connect has cost me time and money and they do not care.At this time, the problem is supposedly being corrected. The new title company said this should have never happened nor should it have taken this long to correct the error made by mortgage connect.Do not use this company— it’s too risky to place such responsibility to them. The very essence of what whey are in business for , they are unable to do. Incompetence runs through the entire organization. They owe me for the error and lack of effort to correct it. Terrible company. I have all documents, emails and other item to validate this.. and it remains at my attorney dormant. If they don’t do what they are in business to do, I will take action and make it active. Clock is ticking.

I'm a notary and this company keep lowering its fees to their notaries. They are charging their clients $200 for the notary services, then turn around and offer the notary $60 bucks. This company is trying to turn notary work into minimum wage gig.

This Organization really needs to teach their staff about ETHICS. Almost (Debra Crowe/ Kristin Boyle especially) everyone I dealt with in this Company was rude or uncomfortable in answering questions about Mortgage packages. And what is just as weird, the Supervisors are just as worse in my opinion. Upper Management or even the Owner of this Company REALLY REALLY need to look in to this. A harsh course on ETHICS MAY correct this problem. In my 13 years as a Independent Contractor have I ever seen or heard staff members talk to Professional Signing Agents in this manner. Unbelievable, Weird and Ridiculous Behavior on Mortgage Connect's part, in my opinion. Remember if we don't conduct ourselves in a Professional manner, the only person that it hurts is the customer.
