Our experience at Moon Hyundai was amazing. Our salesman was Karl. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of all of the features and models that we considered purchasing. He showed us how to use the features and explained everything is detail. He was transparent and courteous. Once we decided to purchase, the cost and warranty was explained with detail. He showed us around the service department, and explained the process when we would come in for service. The finance process was easy and efficient. Follow-up after the sales has been great as well. Highly recommend this dealership.

I went to the moon dealership for service because my car was and still is coming almost to a complete stop while driving, on May 2,2024 I was told nothing was wrong and that I had a problem with my back up lights that was on recall, I paid for the diagnostic test $155. On May 5th my car completely shut down I couldn’t start it, so I got it towed back up moon, they had it for weeks, they then let me know my car was stopping due to the problem I was having with my lights, they knew that the 1st time but took my money knowing that it should’ve been free because it’s on recall. So I go back a few weeks later because once I got my car back my sunroof was leaking. I taped it up before taking it back to get a diagnostic for the sunroof and when I picked it up the tape was still on it, I asked why and was told they just can tell by how I had it tape up I needed a new sunroof, so I let them do it, while doing it they called and told me that I had to take my sunroof visor of because it would cause the sunroof to leak again so I agreed to take it off, the new sunroof was leaking also, they told me it could be that the metal was warped which they should’ve been able to tell me from the diagnostic text but nvr even took the tape I had on off to see what was causing the leak. So now my car is stopping while I’m driving again it’s an electrical problem from my back lights that’s what I was told the 1st time do to the relay coming from my back light was messing with my start stop button while making the appointment to get my car in again I was told the work or parts nvr got done, so when I dropped my car off I put my visor in the car to have it put back on they called me and said I didn’t have all the screws and I told them I brought what was in the trunk with the old sunroof, the screws wasn’t in a bag and the box was open on both ends so I took what I could find. I went up there to talk to the supervisor about my sunroof visor and was told they can’t put it back on my 2012 sonata was old and they can’t get the screws for it, so I was asked what I wanted to make it right, we agreed on the inside of my car being detailed, and I was told after my car gets detailed that my business was no longer welcomed in moon Hyundai and that they wouldn’t service me because I’m not letting them take advantage of me, his words was that I’m arguing with his staff mind you I only deal with the same dude everytime and him the supervisor to get a refund for my sunroof that they did and still was leaking. They try to get over and will send you out with a dangerous car put my life and anybody else’s life at risk while my car is on the road. They tried giving me my car back today talking bout they fixed it it was a lil part that’s on recall on my brake mind you the same exact things were happening before but was supposed to had been fixed now it’s something different.

I stopped by to test drive a few vehicles and do a little bit of research while I was comparing brands for my next purchase. Karl "the Real" McCoy was fantastic. He was incredibly thoughtful in the features he walked through and very intentional with the test drive. I really appreciated his advice and perspective; really refreshing.

Horrible experience, I went to the sales dept, after looking on the floor and saw no hybrid vehicles. I ask the man at the front desk if they had any available, he said how many do you want, I can take a joke but this story gets better, he gets me a salesman and I tell him I'm looking for a hybrid, and tell him what size vehicle I was interested in, he told me he has many and to go sit down, 10 minutes later he comes back with a set of keys, so I started asking him questions about how a hybrid works, this gentleman let out a sigh, like I was bothering him with my questions and started half heartedly answering, then he starts clicking the keys ? and there's no car making any noise. I told him that's okay I'm good , he proceeded to tell me I don't k now what it's like to go through 200 sets of keys and not find one, I told him I'm not interested anymore and went back to the sales desk and told the guy I would never even consider buying a car from your lot, and he just looked at me and didn't even ask why, I went back to the service room which is located on the sales floor. And was never approached again, I understand one bad interaction doesn't make a company bad , but they will never see me again!

Brenna Grogan in the finance department was very patient and accommodating in helping my elderly mother with her lease buyout. I had to coordinate the transaction from out of state, but Brenna made it easy by having all the paperwork ready for when my mom was finally able to make it to the dealership. She also replied to emails very promptly. We hope to deal with her in the finance department when my mom eventually purchases her 3rd vehicle from Moon Township Hyundai. Thank you!

When I knew my 2012 vehicle wasn’t going to make it much longer, I spent a few weeks trying to research and read about car dealership experiences, what to say/what not to say, and tried to ease my nervousness in preparation for buying a brand new car for the first time ever. This was indeed my first “big” purchase as an “adult” - and I can’t say it was something I was initially looking forward to because I had no idea what to expect. Abbey, at the Moon Hyundai location, was phenomenal. There wasn’t a single second I spent biting my nails or worrying that something was going over my head. She was super informative, calming and personable, and I genuinely feel like she did everything and more to make sure my needs and wants were being taken care of. Breanne also made the paperwork a breeze, these ladies gave me the absolute best experience and made my first ever car buying experience a breeze!

We highly recommend Abbey and Brenna. These two ladies were very helpful, friendly and professional which contributed to a great car buying experience! They were both patient and kind in addressing our questions. Abbey is extremely personable and has followed-up several times to ensure we were happy with our new Tucson as well as if we had any questions! Brenna is also extremely personable and offered assistance with any future needs. We greatly appreciated the above and beyond work ethic from Abbey and Brenna! They are truly an asset to Moon Township Hyundai!

Took my one year old vehicle here to inquire about getting my steering wheel covered under warranty due to multiple cracks in the leather.
The service advisor, Jimmy Morgan, was no help at all. He stated that he would not cover the steering wheel because I caused the cracking, by rubbing against the steering wheel. What kind of uneducated person do they have working here in the service department.
Took my vehicle to Straub, they took pictures of the steering wheel. Straub called me within the hour stating this is covered under warranty.
Jimmy should be out washing the cars, not dealing with the customers.

Will rip you off and take advantage of you where they can. For those of you who don’t know… you do not need to replace all four tires when you get a single flat. You also do not need to shave down new tires. Ask for exact tread depth measurements of each tire. The state requires a minimum of 2/32”. Tires don’t need to be exactly the same size. Your car has a differential, its job is to deal with differences in wheel speeds.

After researching options for a vehicle that provided all my wish list items, I researched for the right dealership. Moon Township Hyundai was the clear winner and we would not change a thing about the experience, process, or choices. They provided professional, prompt, and GENUINE personable communication. I had never used the word "trust" when it came to car salesman, but make an exception for Mike! He had complete understanding of what we wanted and respected our "needs" for a quick and simple purchase process. Highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Brenna! I knew what I wanted when I walked in which made it much easier without the hassling.
They were both so friendly and down to earth.
Brenna was able to make the numbers work and get back to me in reasonable time.
