If you’re in an accident, take your vehicle to Bill at Moon Autobody. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I was rear ended and they fixed my right up and it looks and feels good as new. Bill was incredibly kind & informative. The folks here do a great job and they will take care of you.

Very professional and timely. The estimate and invoice almost matched exactly. And will handled my case and I have to say he was amazing, completely professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to what he was talking about with the estimate. I will be bringing all my vehicles from here on out.

Told me they would have my car for one week so I rented a car from enterprise. One week turned into 2 weeks. The day I was supposed to pick it up nobody called me so I called them later in the day. Found out it was going to be another week. $700 in rental fees. Got my car back with an exhaust leak. Sounded like a diesel truck. They said it must have been a coincidence that it went while it was at their shop. Now I have to pay to get that fixed somewhere else.

The guys here were so very helpful and personable. Not just the one that helped me with my vehicle but all of them. My vehicle looks amazing and I appreciate their honesty as well!

I had a small dent on the bed of my pickup truck, I was expecting to need the side fixed and painted. Scott assured me that they would be able to pop the dent, sure enough they did a great job, I've had body work done with them in the past. They are one of the best around.

I’ll start out by saying the customer service was great and I dealt with Scott the whole time my car was there. He was very kind and tried to keep me updated, so the only issue I had was the time frame my car was there. It was taken in around mid January and I did not get it back until last week.(So about 2 months) I was told it’s hard for them to find workers, but they still told me the turn around time would be 4-6 weeks. My rental car time actually ran out and I had to take it back and was left with NO TRANSPORTATION for nearly 3 weeks. I just got lucky my Fiance works five mins from me and has the same-ish work schedule so I could at least not lose my job…(Also a shame on Eries part they couldn’t give me an extension given it was not my fault the shop was behind) When I would call and ask for an update they couldn’t give me any time frame either, so I couldn’t make any plans around my life. When you have a family member with cancer that’s one of the worst feelings knowing you may not be able to get to them. (I think once I told Scott this he did try his best to rush things along and I was able to make it to my mom for her surgery so def props to him) Car looks great and Scott was amazing and compassionate, but the turn around time is just too crazy. They need to take into account better who they should turn away if they can’t get it done in the time frame they tell you. However, if you do take your car here I highly recommend letting Scott handle your claim/issue.

Wait times are long but that's because they're in high demand. Clear communication on what to expect and timely response. I've worked with Bill multiple times who's very helpful and professional - would recommend. Car always comes out great and clean

From start to finish nothing but professionalism from this team. I appreciated that even though my car could not get in for 2 months (it was drivable), the estimated time for completion was right on. We had one set back because of part availability, but the texting feature kept me updated. The work done on my car was beyond satisfactory. Having Enterprise right there made this location perfect for me.Thank you!

Scott kept me in the loop and updated me as often as possible while there were issues finding and shipping parts for my car's repairs, and I'm super happy with the quick and professional work that was done. Damaging a car is always a pain, but Moon AutoBody makes it as painless as they can when it comes to scheduling, repairing, and reconditioning.

Writing this review solely for Bill, he was extremely kind and beyond helpful to me when my car needed repair due to an accident. He was super communicative and when I needed something fixed again he always got back to me and fixed the problem. This man is the best and I’m so thankful he was here to help me! He is one of the kindest men around! I highly recommend his service!

Note I have not had auto work done here. However, I needed to obtain photos of a vehicle. The staff could not have been more professional and cooperative. I spoke with 3 separate representatives and all of them were personable and professional. Based on this experience, I will look to have any future body word needs done at Moon AutoBody.
