Outdated notary service. I was in Mexico and they sent me an electronic paper by email. I have to print it out and go someplace for a notary, which is insanely outdated. Like you guys seriously don't have an online notary service? Even renting a place can notarize and verify identity online. Get with the times or be blocked out like Blockbusters.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is the worst company I have dealt with. Should've read all of the bad Reviews first! Just because they are licensed doesn't mean they know how to read or verify a document. Avoid the headache!

If I could give negative stars, I would. These people can’t even address a check correctly when given explicit instructions multiple times. I would sooner go back to renting in this real estate hellscape than deal with Inspire again.

Customer here: had a fine experience.I was surprised when I looked this company up... After using them, to see all the negative reviews.Personally, from a customer standpoint; I had no issues. There seems to be a fair # of reviews from employees though- basically complaining that they got fired... a simple rule of work to me is: do your job, and there will be no issues. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to work with great employees of the company. Nothing more and nothing less. They kept it short, and simple. What more can you ask for? It worked fine. IF you read a fair number of the reviews, it seems people are being very picky over small things and/or they worked with a mortgage company that has a bad reputation. The mortgage company can sometimes make the services they work with look/appear bad, when in actuality it is the mortgage company at fault. Do your homework, get with a good lender and be patient. If something goes south, go north. To the top of the food chain, things tend to get better if you work from the top down. As for this closing service, I had Zero issues. I had Zero issues with my lender as well.

This company is owned by mortgage connect/managed with E/O management. Copied from my review of mortgage connect.Laid off my Wife for having seizures in office. Took her last paycheck as well after they laid her off, because you guys used borrowed time that she didnt even ask to put in. You kept a girl that is under her! She handled subordinations and brought your company's Sla from very low to up in 90s and this is how you thank her. You people always want two weeks notice but its completely fine for you just fire someone with no warning. I will never recommend any company that E/O management owns, i will make sure that anyone that I know that applies knows you will ultimately lay them off, there are no careers with this company. You have no loyalty for your employees at all Coury family. You care about your own personal gain and its just sad.

Thanks to the Inspire team. Mr. Nattiel Chambers came over to my house and closed my loan on time. He was so nice and explained everything to me step by step. He took his time and he was very professional, polite, and cordial. I am very happy wi the my experience, and I will use their services again.

I have been a Signing Agent with Inspire Closings for over a year now. I have no complaints about the service I receive and never had a problem getting paid. I have never been mistreated by anyone of their staff. I’ve been a notary for 4 years now and have 20+ years of title experience. So after reading the negative reviews I felt compelled to leave my own. No matter what lender you go with there’s always the chance of having issues with the documents.I’ve completed over 900 signings with all different lenders and wrong documents have happened with all. It’s just the nature of this business. Doesn’t make it right but it can happen with any lender.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! COMPANY.Had to re-schedule three closings because documents were incorrect. Did a cash-out refinance and they apparently decide where the funds go to (MY EX WIFE, MY AUTO LOAN)?????The incompetence of this company is impossible to comprehend. Freedom Mortgage isn’t any better. If you see Freedom Mortgage or Inspire working together, get ready to ride the wave. You will be nothing but disappointed.

Refinance was handled through them, disbursement was used to pay off an auto lone. They made the check out wrong, how convenient I know, then was supposed to void it and reissue. 10 days later, no voided check and no check reissued.

I'm shocked this company is still doing business. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. Schedules mean nothing to them. Nobody knows what's going on. I keep having to cancel and reschedule because nobody is ever able to make it when they are supposed to and always want to push for an unreasonable time. Completely unacceptable. Freedom Mortgage is going to get an earful from me about using this abomination of a business.

At first couldn’t reach them by email to resolve issue but called them and they promptly resolved my issue through no fault of their own. Happy with their service.

If you hear that this company is assisting in your closing in any way, run away immediately! It's a shame that Mr Cooper/Nationstar Mortgage uses this company who is unprofessional, difficult to work with, and flat out unresponsive for weeks at a time. I will be seeking a loan outside of Mr Cooper that does not involve inspire closing services because of my experience.

We just closed on a refi in Chattanooga, Tennessee. A Miss Sue Nunley was our Notary. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant, well informed or gracious lady. Miss Nunley was a pleasure to have as a visitor in our home.
We just wanted to thank Inspire Closing Service for sending Sue today to do our closing.
