Took 2 months to make an appointment, appointment made. Canceled 18hrs before saying he has a vacation day? Wow no good experience since I had to deal with the bank. If you can go anywhere else you should!

Huntington bank is definitely the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. On a personal level, they've messed up my closing on a house so bad, I had to pay to move my stuff to my parents, sleep on their couch for a month, then pay to move it to the house I purchased. On a business level, my father had passed and was the owner of a sole proprietorship. We had the lawyers transfer everything to my name and they refused, for months, to allow access to the funds. They just kept saying "our legal department doesn't like the wording of your attorney." After months of using savings to run the business, I was finally able to move that money out of there. They constantly call with "better offers" for my money...which is usually almost 2% lower than other banks offered. Don't even get me started on our credit card account they were withholding money and never notified me there was an issue. I mainly have a checking out of pure convenience because of direct deposit and auto pay of bills. The moon location has some nice people. Prepare to stand there for a bit if certain people work there. Also, bring your drivers license to make a deposit and transfer some funds. I learned the hard way once. The public school ID, both bank books, my name on my jacket, and the phone app wasn't sufficient. I asked if they usually have people coming in to fraudulently deposit money and they said I have a bad attitude. If you read my story, you'll know why I have a bad attitude. Like my lawyer said...do business elsewhere!

I stopped over here about a month or so ago to help my daughter transfer funds from a different bank. One of the things I was glad about was that they have Sat hours.We went inside and I noticed how clean it was. There really wasn't a lot of people in there at the time. The teller called us pretty quickly and handled her needs. She also gave her an overview of Zelle which is a direct payment option she has out of her account to pay another person.I got a nice pen while visiting. My daughter was very pleased that things went smoothly with her. This branch is located where Steak and Shake used to be near Robinson Towne center.Will come again if the situation warrants it.

Do not go to this bank. Our father who had a bank account in the Moon Twp branch recently passed away and due to a clerical error entirely on their part, the family cannot withdraw the money without taking a severe tax hit & having to go through the courts. This mind you is entirely a failure on their end due to clerical errors from Huntington bank employees which we have to pay for.Would give no stars, but not an option. Beware of this bank.

They weren't very helpful at all. Just a lot of "I don't know" and "I'm sorry" no real knowledge to help resovle issues which is allI I have had with huntington is issues and at the end of the day they don't really care at all. Just there to get a paycheck I would recommend banking elsewhere

This location is surprisingly pretty busy and there normally understaffed. But it seems with the whole covid-19 going on that they actually brought more people on to handle the volume. The inside still is not open but the drive thru is up and running. Yes you still wait pretty much every time you have to run there but overall it's really the only Huntington office in the Robinson area. The staff here are friendly and welcoming and I like that they make it a point to call you by your name. Overall I'll continue to come here for my banking needs when I'm in the area.

Very kind and helpful staff, when I can make it to the bank during their working hours. 9-4? And then not even past 12 on Saturdays? If not for these atrocious hours of operation this would be an easy 5 star review.
