Very Rude. The customer services’ trainings needs to be updated and current associates need to be terminated and replaced. Fedex Credit Associate Holly was condescending and cut me off as I attempted to answer her questions. Fedex Credit association like it’s distribution centers discriminate against people of color. If you are someone that really believe in diversity, inclusion and equality do not support modern day plantations like Fedex! Their true goal is profit before people and if your a person of color don’t be hoodwinked!

Having one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever been through receiving the check for a loan I was approved for and am being charged interest on. Posting this in hopes that someone from the loan office actually attempts to help me.

Tara Burton, Tina McMinn and Shelley Foreman went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more grateful to all of them. They honestly care about their customers and even when I thought I can't be helped Tara worked behind the scenes and made it happen for me.
