I imagine that negative reviews are probably quite common when money is involved. I have banked with Dollar Bank for decades and have never had an issue here and each teller or representative has been friendly and accurate with prompt service. Beyond that, I have had additional bank accounts with other banks and credit unions in the area and my husband has banked with other institutions. Dollar has outperformed all of them by far.

Angela, the manager, was very helpful in helping me to clear a check. I need the money to close on a house in Florida and she was able to expedite the process. I know she had to make several calls in order to make this happen, and I am very grateful! Thanks Angela!

DO NOT USE THE ATM’S AT THIS BANK...I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY CARD IN THE MACHINE FOR 1 MINUTE AND IT SUCKED IT BACK IN AND SHREDDED IT AND I AM 1500 MILES AWAY FROM HOME WITH NO OTHER MEANS FOR MONEY...THIS BANK MUST THINK MORE ABOUT CHEAPER ATM MACHINES THAN THEY DO THEIR CUSTOMERS...YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PURCHASE THE MACHINES THAT WANT GIVE THE MONEY UNTIL THE CARD IS PULLED FROM MACHINE LIKE 99% OF THE COUNTRY HAS NOW???

I've had multiple horrible encounters at this bank first was a Male manager who was rude should have learned lesson then... now the auto bank teller ate myonetty and I've been given no help getting it back disguisting avoid

I received a check from a previous employer & deposited it into my account for them to put a hold on it for no telling how long because they act like I made the check or something. The security department called me & asked me where I got the check like I printed it out myself & also asked me 100 questions interrogating me like I was a criminal because my employer copied the front of the check on the back of the check for some reason. They told me yesterday they were going to call & verify the check and this could take 2-3 days...I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED
