Service was good the only thing I didn't like was I had an oil change and their hose to put the oil in the engine had a problem and my engine was soak with oil.they did clean it up but it worries me that I might have problems in the future. You know New cars have computer chips and could get damage well I hope nothing happens.very good service manager wrote the incident report he said any problems bring the car in or call him.over all good service.

Stopped in for an Express (no appt. needed) oil change visit. They got me in and out, including a complimentary car wash, very quickly. Had a little time for a chat with Joe about the Solterra EV. He was knowledgable and generously shared his personal experience as a satisfied Solterra owner. Great visit, as always.

My boyfriend and I came from out of state to look at an Outback I was interested in. When we got there, I was met by a friendly sales rep, and was invited to sit for a minute to wait for the guy I had an appointment with. There was water, a coffee bar, and snacks in the waiting area, which helped to create a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is beautiful, well designed, and well maintained, with a lot of nice, natural light. It was a very calming and stress-free environment, which I appreciated.
We talked to Scott Kime, who showed us the car we came to see and set us up on a test drive. The drive was great, and the car checked all my boxes, so when we got back, I told Scott this was the one.
We went back inside and he showed me exactly what the cost would be with fees added, and he made sure that was all okay with me before making assumptions or putting pressure on me to finalize my decision. The price was fair, and I agreed to it. I was able to look over all of the repairs and maintenance that had been done to the car since Driveway Subaru got it, as well as the Carfax history. Everything looked good to me, so we went over some more paperwork, which ended up taking longer than expected because I had some issues with documents I needed, but everyone was very patient, and Scott had a great, problem-solving attitude, and helped me sort things out to make it work.
I bought the car in cash, so that was pretty straightforward, and then drove it home for about 8 hours with no issues.
I appreciated the professionalism I saw at Driveway Subaru, and the pressure-free environment. Everyone I met was very pleasant and helpful. I had a great experience here, and would recommend this dealership to others.
