I've always had great service there. The only reason why removed a star is because of their hours. How is someone who works 9-5pm suppose to get service? I know there are Saturdays, but that's inconvenient. Last week, I literally had to take a half day off of work because I needed help from a teller (not online).

The only reason for the 4 stars is because there were 3-4 bank employees talking in the lobby with only 2 tellers. There was a person at each teller with 2 people in front of me (got there on a Friday at about 2:20). The long took a little while to move; however, the teller I had was very friendly and answered every question I had without selling like I was bothering her. There were about 4 people in line behind me, and she didn't rush me out of her line before answering all of my questions, which I really appreciated. They will be closed 3/16/24 for renovation, but the branch in sSewickley will be done with their renovations before the Moon branch closes.

The only reason I come to this branch is because they closed all the other branches closer to my house. Every time I come here I see workers all over the place but there is only one or two tellers actually waiting on people. So if you use this branch expect to have a long wait. If the drive thru is actually open you will have a long wait there as well. I need a new bank. It’s a shame.

ATM here is always out of service. Expect a 20 minute wait with the tellers.

I just left this branch. Both drive up windows closed as well as the outside ATM. One teller working (Friday afternoon). I needed a sizable withdrawal and was told they had no $100.00 bills, scheduling conflict, whatever that means. I had no desire to get my withdrawal in smaller bills so I was forced to go to another branch.Keep in mind that a banks primary job is to collect and disperse money. If you are unable to do that close the branch because at this point you look like a 1 star bank.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews. I never had a problem here. Had one bad situation, but they were friendly and on top of it getting it fixed promptly. Tellers and reps all seem nice and are helpful. My only complaint would be that their ATM needs fixed. It lags and can be slightly annoying to work with. Otherwise, no complaints with this branch.

I forgot the most important part of why I wanted to rate this bank. Although the cashier (teller) was MOST pleasant the "greeter" stood and GLARED AT ME when I would not tell her what I needed to discuss with the teller. Seriously Citizens, you need to fix what is broken with your services. Have had an account since it was Mellon in 1971. I don't need this kind of service. Fix it or lose more customers because I am on the edge of leaving.

Did not have a good experience getting a first time homeowners loan. This bank definitely ruined the experience for me. No communication, lies, bate and switch. The list goes on. Instead of being helpful they're just plain rude to their customers. If you want to close in months instead of weeks the perfect place to come because trust me they move like turtles.

One star is even a stretch. The worst branch I’ve worked with. Nothing but lies. Trying to buy a first time home and being young they take advantage. Not only that but the manager will insult you by calling you stupid. Our loan officer couldn’t do his job and hid information from us. They bated and switched us with interest rates. And withheld information. Communication is awful be prepared to close in 2 months not one.

This branch is terrible. We had fraudulent charges and because they hadn't processed, nothing they can do except replace the card. Fine. But this one employee kept looking at his watch while talking to us and provided a lecture on making online purchases with a credit card instead of a debit card as though we asked for this to happen. It's not as if we offered up our PayPal account information. Then, instead of helping, he told us to call PayPal to handle it and stop back to file a claim if PayPal didn't do anything.Then, the charges finally go through. We stop back in and get told to call customer service. That information would have been helpful from the beginning to avoid wasting time on stopping at this worthless bank.Needless to say, the nice lady at customer service was the most helpful person out of the five we dealt with in this situation. She was polite, helpful and efficient. They need individuals like her at this branch because they have no idea what customer service is.

This is by far the worst branch of citizens that I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a check taking a long time to clear from PNC called citizens 3 times was told each time that Nate would look into it and call me back immediately. On my 4th phone call they said there was nothing they could do. I called the Citizens inside the moon giant eagle and they said they’d look into it and call me back……great I thought. 10 minutes later they called and said they would remove all overdraft fees that were caused by the thorn run branch improperly handling my funds (which thorn run refused to do). If you’re going to bank with citizens deal with the branch in the moon giant eagle. They have the best customer service, branch manager and they truly go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied.

I went to deposit money into my checking account this morning and there was a ladder in front of the atm so I was forced to use the window. I gave a newer (younger female) employee $350 cash 5 $50 bills and 5 $20 bills. They were all larger bills, I counted it multiple times before handing it to her and was very careful with my money as I always am. Asked for her to deposit it into my checking she went to her drawer and came back with my card and a receipt stating that there was only $310. So I rang the bell when I noticed and she came back she went back to her drawer and stated that she could recount her drawer. I honestly ended up letting it go because clearly she needs it more than me but I won’t be returning to this location ever again. I’ve been going here for years and now will be looking around to change my bank.
