I forgot the most important part of why I wanted to rate this bank. Although the cashier (teller) was MOST pleasant the "greeter" stood and GLARED AT ME when I would not tell her what I needed to discuss with the teller. I've always had great service there. The only reason why removed a star is because of their hours. How is someone who works 9-5pm suppose to get service? I know there are Saturdays, but that's inconvenient. Last week, I literally had to take a half day off of work because I needed help from a teller (not online).
