My wife and I visited the dealership on 12-30-23 just for a look around. We took a Grand Highlander for a test drive really liked it decided to make a deal . We already own a 2023 Kia Telluride which is in perfect condition Which we were going to trade. Kelley Blue Book set fair market value of $40,000 + or - $1000. The dealership came back to me saying The auction was flooded with Tellurides gave me a lowball offer of $29,000. This was out of line. This isn't the first time they did this to me back in 2013 while looking for a Tacoma they lowballed me on the trade-in and gave me the auction story then too. Buyers beware of these tactics. We did not make a deal in 2013 or 12-30-23. I kind of feel like they were trying to rob me without a gun. Kelley blue book is a guide for us to go by. I can see maybe a couple thousand lower then fair market value not thousands ?... very very shady like I said buyers beware I do plan on taking it all the way to the Toyota corporate and the Better Business Bureau . I am very disappointed I do believe there doing it to others I do work very hard for my money and I'm sure you do as well. beware beware beware

My GF took her car in for the annual inspection and emissions inspection. They told my her that she needed multiple services that weren't actually needed and were not due yet. The quote they handed her was for over 1300.00 in repairs. They told her that her coolant system needed to be flushed. They said the differential fluid needed changed. They stated both the front and rear brakes have seized brake pads and that the rotors have rust which would cause her inspection to fail. They stated the reason for the failure is due to "rust" that was present on the rotors. Pennsylvania law (per safety inspection bulletin BI11-1) specifically states that rust on rotors is not a legitimate reason that would cause an inspection failure. I called the dealership to speak with the technician. I called to speak with Greg and was transferred to Mikes voicemail. When I called back the receptionist said he goes by both names. After 6 calls I spoke with someone. I started that there's no way all 4 rotors needed changed. And specified that surface rust is not a reason to change rotors. I understand there was slight rust on the rear face of the rotors due to the brake pads "sticking" but once the pads are freed up that surface rust will disappear. Any experience technician would understand that and wouldn't threaten to fail an inspection based on that. I asked the technician if they measured the rotor thickness and they did not. I asked for the parts back and they returned both rear brake rotors. Ultimately they charged her almost 600 dollars to free up 2 "stuck" brake pads and replace both rear rotors. I inspected the rotors when I got home. The minimum thickness to replace her rotors is 10.5mm. The left rotor measures 11.7mm and the right rotor measures 11.5mm. Both were still within acceptable tolerances. Now keep in mind that the specifications for new rotor thickness is 12.1mm. Their practices are completely unprofessional, dishonest, and deceitful. She's been going there since 2015 when it was Kenny Ross This is the last time any car of ours will be taken there!!!

When people are waiting in line to pay, stop talking to other customers like their your family. Waited 5-8 minutes while people talked about tattoos. System is down. Couldn't take debit or credit. No receipts printed. Need a miracle with money to get my car inspected But they are still helpful.

I was buying a car from them and next day they told me it was sold. That's not the way you do business. Not professional at all

NEW I'm very upset with this dealer, they are the worst not serious at all they don't keep their word . I went online to get a car and the salesman which is new guy ask me for my drivers license insurance, we agree on price and everything. All was going very smooth .He told me I'll call you tomorrow or Sam which I think is the manager. Guess what Sam never called me .so called Sam at 130 pm and he never spoke to me or called me back, so called back and some guy told me the car was not available after I got my approval from Bank of America. They never called or showed their face. And the salesman few moments ago after a text message told me he is new This guy Sam and the dealer ship be aware of them. They play games. I was giving them even 5k mark up. They charge mark up to every vehicle. I didn't have a problem to pay that, but I don't like dealers that lie to you and tell you they will sale you the car. No ethic type of business people specially that Sam

Jack and Marty were exceptional on my quest to purchase the 2023 limited edition A91 Supra. Prior to sealing this deal I called a multitude of dealerships across the nation. However, Brewer Airport Toyota was responsive, concise and dedicated in providing me answers to all my questions. I am fortunate to have had my first big purchase with this dealership and the Toyota team that supported me. I will be back for any future purchases. Thank you all. With gratitude, Kelly V

Had something wrong with my car when I bought it. Called Jack and he said he'd get it fixed for me for free immediately. Great place to get a vehicle

Honestly, I love this Toyota dealer! I've had a Tacoma since 1989 and always have it serviced by Toyota. Brewer is by far the best! They are honest, respectful of single ladies needing service, explain all that is required, and DON'T hard sell what is not needed! THAT is appreciated! The waiting room is spacious, clean, has TVs, vending machines, and very clean rest rooms. The employees are very friendly, efficient, and make the visit as painless as possible. The location is great because you can walk to Eat N Park while your vehicle is being serviced, or you can catch a courtesy ride back and forth while you wait for your service.
