“They took excellent care of me yet again. I started using them a long time ago, but moved out of state. They were always extremely fair and honest, especially on inspections, and while visiting family they took care of me yet again, talking me out of replacing my 5 year old battery that tested very well and quickly diagnosing and fixing a grinding noise on my brakes. 4.4 doesn't do this place justice so I had to leave 5 stars.”

“I have been going here for about 3 to 5 years, and they are nothing but amazing! Shawn that works there is great. He loves to give detailed descriptions and history on issues that need repaired. He has the heart of a teacher and love him for it!
The only downside at this place is they are a bit busy because they provide such great service. So you will have to schedule appointments for work. They will try to work you in there in emergencies (ie car has oil/gas leak was in the shop in 2 days).”

“Had to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision (Moon Twp location)for the initial estimate after a minor accident. My insurance company said I can look around if I want after i see Caliber first. I did not need to look any further! They were able to get my vehicle in for repairs about a month later. They finished my vehicle in a week! Greg kept me updated every step of the way. “I could write like ten paragraphs about how amazing Norm and Meanor Body are, but I'll keep it reasonably short. I'd give Norm and Meanor infinite stars if I could. First,, Norm is an absolutely fantastic guy. When I drove up with my 5-year old, he invited us into the shop, showed my son all around, and invited us back any time. Second, this is a 100% family owned business, which Norm has taken over from his father (and it's on the most beautiful 25 acre plot you could imagine--a sight to behold in itself!). Third, Norm is exceptionally fair and reasonable in his pricing--he did it for a fraction of what another mechanic estimated. Fourth, he did the work in record time--ordered the part the day I came in and did the work the day the part arrived. I mean, I just cannot say enough good things about Norm and his business--I will be going back for life; and I will refer all of my friends and family to him for all of their autobody needs.”
