Josh was very knowledgeable and concerned about my knowing on how the machine works. All the staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend other if need their service to go there

I received an Air Sense 11 CPAP. It worked well, but then stopped heating the water. I took into Adapt and got a new one at no cost to me. It works great. The technician was great.

Customer service is horrible. I have floor mounted oxygen producer that is not working, the customer service gal was belligerent to say the least. Stay away from these people.
