This was one of the most wonderful, inspiring business experiences I have ever had. We’re visiting Heart Lake on vacation and got a flat tire. Car troubles are always nerve-wracking, especially when you’re somewhere unfamiliar. Josh and the team at Kost were warm, reassuring and professional, which allowed me to leave them not only my vehicle but also my worries and instead go back and spend a lovely morning with my family.
When we came back to pick up the car (which was fixed up incredibly quickly), Josh presented me with the nail they had removed from the tire. Showing up in a new place with a busted car and an out-of-state license plate, you’re always a little afraid that you won’t be treated fairly. Instead, Josh treated us like family, and we’re incredibly grateful.
Kost Tires is not just a great business, but a great ambassador for the town of Montrose!

Stopped in around 3 on a Saturday with a lawn tractor tire that needed the old tire removed from the rim and a new one put on, which i previously purchased. Completed in 5 minutes with no fee. Thank you Jeff and staff!

My F-150,, Broken brake line wow no brakes anyway Called them Friday morning by 6 pm I was back on the road. Rich and the mechanic Sean saved my 4th of July weekend. Appreciate it.

Been a customer at Kost Montrose for many years. Have experienced changes in the staff there over the years. But I have to say that the new staff since the beginning of the year is amazing. Extremely customer oriented and they will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Rich the manager has that place running like clockwork, Dan, Josh and Dean super knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices, great customer service. Thanks guys!

Stopped into Kost Tire in Montrose, Pa. Had problems with my brakes on the front of my wife's car. I asked if there was any way they could fit me in to take a look at what my problem might be. Josh and Rich were excellent. I was greeted with a smile on their face and was asked how they could help me. Left the car there and was notified what my problem was. They completed the work at a very good price and made my wife and I very grateful. Great customer service.

We had a bit of an emergency waking up to a dead battery on a Saturday. After waiting for AAA to jump the car, Kost Tire & Auto in Montrose was able to squeeze our car in to replace the battery on short notice so we could continue with our busy day, and they were super fast! Extremely nice people, and great service all around! Without looking for a place intentionally, we found our go-to service center - we'll be back!!

Brought my car in for an oil change once and once they were done I heard my car being revved about three to four times which isn’t acceptable at all. Then I schedule another oil change and inspection for a Thursday and called before the appointment to push it to the next day and was told that they did. Called the next day to find out what time it was at because I wasn’t given a time and come to find out they never scheduled it, I’m glad I called to make sure. This place has went downhill

I was traveling from GA to MA alone and got a flat tire in the middle of the night. I got my spare put on and drove somewhere close until I could get to a tire shop in the morning.
I called at 7:18am and Bob answered and made my day because they did not open technically until 7:30. To make a long story short this place deserves 10 STARS! I ended up needing 2 tires, an alignment, and a new axel unfortunately, but could not complain because of the GREAT PRICE and Customer Service provided. I was on the road safely to Boston in a few hours.
Thank you so much, especially to Bob for taking great care of me.

Had appt at 9:00 am, stopped in at 8:30 to request an earlier appt, without hesitation my car was taken back and tires were rotated and returned to me in record time!

Told to come right over at 7:30 am.After waiting an hour told they they did not have the tire in stock.Told it would be here in an hour.That was two and half hours ago.Still waiting.

Great service. Was on my way to a job site with a company truck when I picked up something weird in my rear tire. Instantly knew I was getting a flat and luckily made it to this location before losing too much air. They took it back immediately, and were able to patch the tire and had me back on my way to my job site in about 30 minutes. They saved me having to reschedule a job and didn’t even charge me, so I can’t say enough about the service and friendly staff.
