My U-Haul rental didn't start out well because my wiring from my personal truck to the rental trailer didn't work. Sharon and Art really went the extra mile to help me troubleshoot the problem. They provided contact cleaner and a fuse tester free of charge and stood out in the cold with me to try to solve the problem. Ultimately, I had to go with a small rental truck and Sharon went through a lot of hoops with the U-Haul online system to make sure I wasn't double charged. They are very friendly and helpful people and I would highly recommend their service at the Montrose location.

Whenever I need anything I instantly call here they usually have it or will in a day. They have better prices than napa and they are so helpful and remember you even if it's been a while since you been there. They also do uhaul services as well but for parts they are the best and the prices can't be beat 9 out of 10 times
