So I bought a ceramic pig for my granddaughter for Christmas, I told the owner I was going to have butterflies put on it like decals . the owner said I can put butterflies on it for you, So we discussed colors , I choose pinks gold and mauve for colors, When I called to see if it was ready , their voice box was full, it was supposed to be ready Monday, it wasn’t done , until Wednesday, When the girl brought it out , it was not at all what I asked for , it was hand painted in red black silver and grey, I told them , I didn’t like it , the paint is chipping off , and it looks like a 2 yr old painted it… they took 2 dollars off the price, which it cost 25. The girl got angry and threw me out when I asked for half off… I should have got a full refund, Next time the owner should call first and ask if she can’t get the colors , or know how to do art work , She should stick to selling items , not try to create them, horrible customer service ,
