We have never had a problem~they deliver promptly and, our driveway being a challenge in bad weather, they make sure we get our propane if needed soon, before a big storm.

I called to setup a business account with superior 2 weeks ago and last Tuesday 1-25 they were supposed to fill the tank but failed to call me and notified a block on one of the tank legs was off. I just called and The lady on the phone accused me of knowing when I had just bought the property and had no knowledge and assumed the tank was filled. It’s now Saturday 1-29 and the tank is nearly empty..They still can’t fill it and the lady couldn’t give me a date and just said it’ll take 5-7 business days… I literally called 2 weeks ago and said I needed the tank filled…

I will share my experience. I had just bought my house in 2013 and Superior had a tank in my back yard. New to propane appliances at the time I had a Superior tech check everything out. Everything checked out and I paid the bill. About a month later it got cold outside and I decided to start the gas fireplace. Thinking everything was fine because I paid Superior to make sure things were fine I attempted to light the insert. After a couple tries the fireball burned off my eye brows, singed my nose hairs, toasted my eye lids and took a considerable amount of hair off the top of my head and cheeks. The tech never noticed that the previous owner of the house disconnected the gas line to the insert so I opened a line that vented directly into the house. As mad as I was I told them to come get their tank and I was having another installed. The woman on the phone told me I would lose my home insurance by going with another supplier. I expected better service than this since the very first person I spoke to seemed professional. The very last person I spoke to at Superior cemented in my opinion the very worst service I ever received.
