“hi yall, i’m basically just coming here to defend tmobile from the people who left bad reviews. The reps aren’t tech trained, we go off of off the top of the head knowledge. They are a third party retailer, which means they don’t have authority to do everything in the system. I’m sorry you guys can’t seem to grasp the fact that we can’t do everything always. Stop being rude and judgemental, when you don’t know the tmobile situation or how the systems work.”
