Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Montoursville, PA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It offers an incredible amount of hardware and do-it-yourself stuff, a handyman's candy store with awesome flowers and plants. Service can be very helpful and friendly, with fantastic employees who assist with questions and finding items. However, some products are cheapened up and lack good wear and tear. Experiences with staff knowledge vary, and all checkouts are self-checkout, though clerks will assist. While delivery issues can occur, the store management works diligently to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
We went and bought a lot of stacks of wood today and Zach M and Wayne were very helpful and loaded all of it in our truck for us. It was really heavy and hot out but that didn't stop them from working with a smile on their face.

First clerk I asked for directions was no help. Second person was very helpful. When we got to the registers, all they had was self-serve. A very nice clerk assisted us and got us through it.

If you know what you need it’s not a problem. In the past I have asked sales people for help and they have not known the answer but completely made stuff up. I now ask other customers if I don’t know what I am looking for. Also all check outs are self checkout.
