Absolute worst drivers! Yesterday (8/22/24), a door tag was left on my house that they tried to deliver but no one was home. I WORK FROM HOME!!! It would help if the driver rang the door bell. Today, I went on the website to track the pack and AGAIN it says We tried to deliver. This time it doesn't show my town (Coal Township) but shows Montoursville. 2 days with calls to customer service. Absolutely the worst.

This is how fedex delivers packages, the guy in Montgomery sucks, I’ll use any form of shipping, but fedex.

I have never been to a place where a worker has been so rude with a sarcastic comment. I normally don’t drop off at this facility as we have a pick up/ drop off for the business I work for. Just so happened we were heading to montoursville and I figured we could drop off packages instead of waiting for our pick up in lock haven given we were heading that way. The woman was very nice! The male worker on the other hand makes me rethink about who I would rather ship through as we have both ups and Fed-ex. Expect to have sarcastic, rude comments from the male worker. The man (my father) you provided your rude comment to was just trying to start conversation to be nice. I guess the male worker wouldn’t know anything about that…It pays nothing to be kind. Wish I would of gotten your name so I could acknowledge you.

FedEx generally sucks. Except for Frank, who works at this specific location and is fabulous. I had a special circumstance and none of the locations I visited were helpful in the slightest. Again, except for Frank. He helped me, no fuss and was extremely pleasant. Give that dude a raise. Frank, I hope you ate that pizza!

Their drivers have routinely delivered my packages to incorrect addresses. I have lost perishable goods due to their mistakes.

I was hired thro a 3rd party that this FedEx chosen. After completing the job..the 3rd party stopped answering my calls..and FedEx said there is nothing they can do..this place is a horrible place to do anything for or with..stay away..use ups just save your time and your money..stay away from this company..

Me and my father decided to give FedEx a go since our important documents kept getting lost in the regular mail. Boy am I glad we did! The employee at FedEx was very helpful and kind, she was very patient explaining the process to us since we had never mailed documents this way before. Oh yeah and our documents made it to their destinations on time! I will be using FedEx from now on whenever we need to mail important documents.
