Probably the worst FedEx I have ever experienced. Every shipment from this facility is never delivered on the day expected. We receive wine shipments which require an adult signature. Not one shipment has arrived when FedEx said it would. The current situation is that a shipment was to arrive today. Go on a hike on Saturday and upon return there is a note that I missed my delivery and would be delivered the next business day. Okay, I stay home today so I can sign for it. Tracking said on truck for delivery, so I feel good. At 4:30 PM I received an email saying it was delayed due to weather. Now the weather was in the morning, and I couldn't get an email then? Same story, the driver was in the area and chose not to deliver. They have me where I have to use them and just don't care. I have spoken to the facility manager in the past after I stayed home two days without delivery. Didn't help. Why do we accept this?
