The service was great. When it looked like it was going to take longer than expected the mechanic went to the waiting room and informed me himself.

dealer was in sweatpants and unprofessional. you can tell this place does not do well with selling vehicles plus the truck I was about to get had a crack bumper and rusted bad and was never mentioned. just be on high alert they will take advantage of you thank god the sales rep talking with me couldn't sell me bottle of water in the Sahara desert or I would've made a HUGE mistake.

I took my VW Tiguan to Fairfield because I was getting a low oil pressure light when my oil level was fine. After evaluating it, the guy said that he had no idea what the problem was but that my oil pressure was fine. So I asked what I do to fix it and I was told that they could try flushing the engine to "see if that helps". I thought to myself that this explanation made no sense at all so after charging me $65 to tell me that they have no idea what the problem is, I took it home to do my own investigating. Since they told me that the pressure was fine (though I have no idea how they determined this), I decided to try replacing the oil pressure sensor which was $30 to buy and very easy to replace. Just as I went to remove it, I saw that the sensor was unplugged! I did not replace the sensor but simply plugged it back in and after 5 years have gone by, I have never seen that issue come back. Now I ask myself what kind of mechanic/technician did not think to check the pressure sensor! Extremely disappointing. I will never take my vehicle there again!

I have got my last three Volkswagens from Fairfield Ford/Volkswagen. I had called and talk to the service department about my Volkswagen Tiguan Error Stabilization Control (ESC) and my tire indicator lights that was on. Stop in on a Thursday and show them and I was told I needed an appointment to check it and turn it off. I work out of town and was leaving Early Wednesday. First guy said he never saw that before (ESC) and apparently had no idea what it was. Then I was told they could not get my car in till the end of that week which would've been Thursday or Friday. All of a sudden oh it's fine to drive like that. It won't hurt anything. So now I have to drive almost an hour and a half to the nearest VW dealership near me to have my car taken care of. Thank you Fairfield for the poor service to a returning customer. Guess what! We will be doing our business elsewhere.

Regretfully, I must agree. After a handshake agreement on buying a 40,000.00+ vehicle, manager Terry tried to cut 500 bucks off my trade in F350 Super Duty. He then tried telling me he could not accept a trade value of $50,500.00 that he printed as the NADA value for my platinum trim truck. I had even taken my truck there for service last month. I'm new to this area, and will definitely not go back there, be advised. I mean, who would lose a deal and service from a customer over 1% of a vehicle's trade in value? I wasted two days at this place, so upset.

Went in planning to buy a brand new Edge. Salesman was condescending whenever I asked a specific question about it. Did not let me test drive but I *was* allowed to sit in the driver's seat and push a few buttons. I told him I wanted to upgrade from my little 4-cylinder and the selling point would be how it handles driving up a hill, which my current car struggles. Nope. I left and will never be back. Oh, and that prize promotion was a total scam.

They are horrible at advising. They took my money and did not fix my car. The transmission still does not shift correctly. When trying to fix the situation they blew me off. They only looked at it again and said, "Hey it's fixed. Nothing we can do about it" Oh my gosh. I could just cry.. I am a young single parent and they could have cared less.
