I had a negative experience there a few years ago and hadn't been back, but I couldn't find ASICS my size so I tried EF. The guy that helped me sold me on Brooks. He was right, better arch support. I appreciate his help in getting me the right shoe

I've been buying shoes off the store for a long time. I hope this was an exception. When I walked in here today and told him what I was after he acted like he wasn't interested in helping me out. When the shoe I was after wasn't available I wasn't even offered any alternatives. This was the worst customer service experience I've had at the store to date. As much as I hated to, I bought the shoes off of an online retailer instead.

The store isn't big, but it doesn't need to be. You'll find all of the basic running essentials at this establishment, as well as eager staff members who are incredibly helpful.My only wish is that the sneaker companies made some prettier sneakers... but alas, the cruel fate bestowed upon me by the sneaker gods has landed me with very comfortable sneakers that look average to ugly. :(

Told me what's with my feet . fitted my size and width, sold me a size that I felt were. Too big and then exchanged them for me after I tired them out and decided I needed a smaller size.

I really like Elite Feet. I have very hard to fit feet, but they carry my size or can order them. The staff are well trained to analyze the customers' stride and stance, and make suggestions of shoes. They also have clothing and gear for walkers and runners.

This place is definitely underrated for what they provide. I was never a believer in proper shoes until I was told by my PT to pay them a visit for some new shoes that WONT HURT wearing for longer periods. Was greeted immediately and given the spiel. I took off my shoes and walked a few feet and back. The associate immediately knew the type of support I needed and brought out three brands for me to try. Felt instant relief and comfort with the choices given. You can order and pay when they come if your size and color isn’t available FYI. Great experience but location isn’t great. Overall, outstanding experience.

Went in for HOKA ONE INE RUNNING SHOES. Lady very super nice and got me fitted, of coarse had to order the shoes. She said it'll be 2 weeks order is in. Waited 2 weeks and no word, waited a few extra days. Called down and they couldn't get them it's on back order. Hmmm ok thanks for letting me know after 2 weeks and no one called. Super rude not to call a customer who is going to pay 150$ for shoes.

I was recently told I have severe plantar fasciitis and have severe pain in my feet from it. Being on my feet all day at work makes it unbearable to even stand. With the recommendation from my physical therapist I went to Elite Feet to get fitted for shoes. I have probably tried on 10 different pairs of shoes in different sizes and brands with Elite Feet. I would buy pair of shoes and they gave me a 30 day trial for each pair. Each time I would wear them to work as well as get my physical therapist and podiatrist opinion on them as I walk in them as well. With the help from the staff at elite feet I was able to find a pair that will hopefully help me with my pain. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new pair of shoes! For how often I’ve walked into the store they haven’t shown that they are sick of seeing me! I will definitely be using them anytime I need a new pair!

First time going there and as a nurse I need good comfy shoes. They fit my feet, gave me multiple options, friendly service. Will definitely be getting my shoes there for now on.
