After leaving three other body shops not feeling confident, I landed at Blaise for repairs on my X3 M40i (not purchased from a Blaise dealership and insurance not in network with this shop). Upon my first visit, I was shown completed work on their lot and impressed out of the gate. From there, Michelle educated me on the process and “held my hand” every step of the way. Her expertise on the claims process and the logistics of parts and repair process was second to none. I felt thoroughly informed and confident in the work that was about to be done, through each step. When I finally arrived for my completed vehicle, I was blown away at how flawless the work was. It looked nothing less than a factory finish with precise paint match and finish (no bad orange peel, perfect clear coat, etc). I hope that I never have to get body work done again, but if I do I’ll be taking it to Blaise Collision.

Had bodywork done to my truck at Blaze Alexander Collision. The entire customer service experience was second to none. I was kept informed during the whole process, everyone was friendly, they were attentive and the bodywork was flawless. Highly recommend their service.

I had Collision work done after I was hit in an accident. Everyone I met was all so very pleased to speak with, very understanding and patient with my kids.
They had my car fixed in no time, and even cleaned it inside & out. ??☺️

$8900 and 20 days to fix a broken mirror and a paint job on the drivers side doors, insurance thinks car is a total loss because of their ridiculous estimates. The guy lied to insurance company saying doors were jammed and check the alignment when all he did was take a few pictures of the car. Seems like they are trying to scam people's insurance rather than have business.

I’m absolutely amazed at the service I received. I got into a horrible fender bender accident at night and Blaise collision took my vehicle the next morning at 9am. Tom the manager was there to greet me and assure me he would take care of my vehcile in a timely manner and he did just that. My whole front end was gone, I was expecting MONTHS. Nope Tom assured me he would get it done in 25 days and he did just that to the T! The woman at the counter and in the back were just as helpful ensuring we were informed and taken care of through the whole process. Can’t thank them enough and will further more be there anytime I have another accident as well as advice family and friends, great job!
