I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years, and all I can say is Timberlane Shutters is definitely one of the best I have done business with. Exceptional quality, customer service is second to none. I am very pleased with my new Bermuda (replacement of old) shutters in Country Red.....the difference in picture color is sunny vs. shade.

We needed shutters for a Victorian twin and we wanted them to match the adjoining neighbor's shutters. My specifications were very specific and Timberlane made them to the EXACT dimensions in every regard.Sean was my sales rep and he made the ordering process very easy and provided detailed drawings prior to production. He had some good suggestions that were really helpful.The quality couldn't be any better. Size, finish, packaging, production time, everything was PERFECT! They even included a pint of matching touch-up paint.If you need top-quality, custom shutters, do not look anywhere else.

Timberlane has the best customer service--very responsive and helpful. Nick, the representative who helped me, was quick to respond and provided great guidance. The resulting custom shutters arrive very timely and were exactly what I wanted. They really worked with me to ensure the design met my specifications. End product is fabulous and will look so good on my 1950 home.

Shutters were made of poor quality and began to deteriorate after 30 days. No refund. Replaced with another company.

My husband and I had Timberlane shutters installed on September 13, 2020. They seem very well built and we truly appreciate the beautiful workmanship behind them. Regarding measuring and installation Jim VanCamp, owner of Cornerstone Custom Shutter Installations was recommended to us by Timberlane. Jim consulted us through the entire process from choosing shutter material | style | hardware | paint color selection etc. all while considering the history and style of our home. Jim measured and installed our shutters in the most professional and friendly way. He and his team were great. Jim is located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and has a wide service area. Incredibly disappointed. Chose their most expensive shutter product line, an Endurian and went with a raised panel design. They are incredibly rough on the back side. We chose to custom paint the shutters as we couldn't get a color match from Timberlane even after 3 tries. The shutters were warped from the start, and then of course not covered by warranty. Timberlane's marketing is excellent. I didn't find their product to be so and cannot recommend them.

This process was a seamless transaction from the moment I found the website to my final inspection of the shutters. Mr. Talio responded quickly to my emails and customer service provided clear information on the processing as the order moved from stage to stage. The packaging, well I don"t think a supernova would have damaged my shutters. And the final product, which is what this is all about, there wasn't a flaw that I could find. The shutters look very nice. Thank you all.

Excellent!! The customer service was great from Craig in sales to Jim Van Camp the installer. Extremely professional & the job was completed just as they said it would be. My new shutters are beautiful & make a huge difference in the curb appeal on my house. They definitely weren’t cheap but you get what you pay for. Excellent product & wonderful customer service. Can’t say enough good things about Jim he’s professional, excellent with communication & did a fantastic job installing. I definitely would recommend! Don’t buy cheap shutters for you house. If you’re going to change them, do it right & get yourself Timberlane shutters!

Even though it was for just 1 pair of shutters Craig the representative took a lot time to make sure my order was what I needed. Very impressed with customer service and the quality of the custom made exterior wood shutters.
