We have shopped at The Mattress Factory in Montgomeryville a few times now and they're always super helpful and able to help us find something that meets our needs. Today Kevin helped us find twin mattresses for a new trundle day bed in our spare room. We told him what kind of bed we got and he was able to point us to a few great options immediately the whole process was quick and easy and they even had them in stock that we could take home today. I would highly recommend shopping here for your next mattress purchase!

My wife and I were impressed with the customer service and knowledge that Kevin provided during our visit to Mattress Factory. We had a great one-on-one tutorial on how to select the proper mattress and were able to reduce the number of brands to three based on our feedback. Although they have a massive selection, Kevin's guidance had us find our perfect bed within an hour after looking at four beds based on our preferences. We are excited to have our new mattress and smart base delivered to finally get the sleep we need!

Just got home from purchasing a mattress at the Montgomeryville store. Andrew was an excellent sales person - personable and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and showed me several appropriate options. He answered all my questions in detail. I am very satisfied with my experience there.
