“I bought a beautiful cherry wall unit for my home office including book shelves, glass door cases, cabinets, desk, etc. from Lizell nearly 20 years ago - it still looks and works extremely well for me. Recently one of the drawers jammed so I took a shot and called to see if they could help. They no longer carried that line but after sending an image they said they would see what they could do - it took 24 hours and the drawer was repaired, good as new along with touching up any nicks and getting a polish all for a nominal fee. Incredible service after all of these years. Mike Walsh was great to work with, but Lou was the miracle worker - what an asset for Lizell.I highly recommend Lizell - but only if you want quality products and services and phenomenal support for decades.”

“We've been using our Foster Keen Cut panel cutter for as long as we've been in business, over ten years now with very few issues. Recently, the tension cable jumped the track. The guys from Foster came on site today, installed the replacement parts for us, did a complete service and showed us what we need to do to keep it that way. Terrence is coming back next week with some additional parts we need. Awesome product, great customer service.”
