WhatMore could someone ask from a car dealership.Dylan (aka Dy-Lan) was my salesman - his Dad Chuck works as the GSM at the dealer. Just purchased an RDX from the dealership and I have to say after going to 5 or 6 others this place was great. I knew the exact vehicle I was interested in and I have to say Mike Brown was a great salesman to work with. He was knowledgeable about the car and worked with finance to get a payment I felt comfortable with. I had a trade in vehicle that I still owed money on. The dealership gave me a great price on it to put towards my new RDX.I had some negative interactions AT OTHER dealerships in the area who either didn’t have the time to answer my questions or were short with their responses. It was almost like I was a chore to them, “sorry to bother you at work.”I can’t say enough GREAT things ABOUT MONTGOMERYVILLE ACURA from sales to finance everyone was up front and I never felt pressured. I’ll be recommending the dealership and Mike Brown to anyone I know in the market for an Acura.

Truely a friendly group of people .Not only the most pleasant experience I’ve had buying a used GM truck from them but the smiles and positive attitudes from all the people I dealt with was amazing.I had an issue a month after I purchased my truck - they told me to have it diagnosed and let them know what the issue was and they would take care of it . A normal person would laugh and think “ yea ok , you’ll pay for it “ LOL ?So I took it to the GM dealer - communicated with everyone involved - and Montgomeryville Acura took care of everything, No questions asked .I didn’t have to pay for anything.I love my “ new to me “ truck - and can not thank Jamie , Charles and Steve enough !!!Highly recommend giving them a chance to sell you your next vehicle , new or used .

I give 5 stars to Gavin the nicest numbers guy we dealt with anywhere.As a loyal Honda/Acura Buyer since 2000 (90% of the cars we have leased or bought), it was disheartening to see this was THE worst experience of our car buying lives and it continues every day we get into this car.The car was "held" for us for close to 2 weeks due to an issue where we could not get in to look at the car, yet when we showed up, we were handed numbers and rates without even looking at the car, which was extremely fishy looking back, and now we know why. For starters the car was dirty, not cleaned and not ready, and when asked to be cleaned it was done with obvious annoyance like we asked for something a highly rated dealer would not provide. We were taken aback, we thought buying a luxury Car, albeit used, meant it would be fully detailed, We always got that service with other Acura and Honda dealers. When we did look at the car we were rushed, and we did not pick up on the smell of smoke. after we finished the paperwork, and the car was " loosely cleaned" and we were putting the mats in, I noticed the smoke smell but erroneously thought the person that "cleaned" the car was a smoker and it residual.It was not .Let's just say since the day we came home I have used 4 smoke remover Bombs from Armour All , replaced the air filter which was filthy, performed a complete leather treatment again Armour all, used gain air fresheners in every vent, used fabric spray on the ceilings, and a vinyl cleaner for all surfaces, the smell is not abated. we will now have to take it to a professional detailer with the hopes that they can perform what I could not, I followed Car and Drivers recommendations for removal, to no avail.

My first contact with Montgomeryville Acura was Tracy Haber and I was instantly impressed!! She took the time to listen to my needs, address any concerns and took the stress out of looking for a new car. Everyone has been so professional, kind and knowledgeable in answering my millions of questions! It's no wonder I absolutely love my new Acura! The only thing that could be matched by the amazing performance of this car is the incredible individuals who made this happen! Thank you!!

I recently purchased a RDX and the level of customer service has been horrible. The vehicle came from Ohio and it has scratches on both sides from front to back. I took it back twice and it looks worse. Now it has swirl marks in addition to the scratches. I called the service department for 3 days and could never speak to a live person. Left messages for the service manager and service director and no return call from either one. The service manager called when I finally got through to speak with someone and he was sent a message. He then put the blame on the salesman and stated I needed to speak with my salesman about the scratches. I was told the salesman would call me and that never happened. This is definitely my last vehicle from Montgomeryville Acura. I purchased many vehicles from them and this is by far the worst experience. No one takes ownership if you have a problem after the sale.

Dylan-> 5stars. Dylan my sales rep was excellent, good energy, not pushy, knowledgeable about the vehicle I had interest and worked to get me a great deal, was a pleasure… Service department isn’t good w answering calls, left multiple messages for scheduling. ?? 2 stars for service dept.

Coming to Montgomeryville Acura at first I didn’t know what to expect. I had submitted a request for more info form and was contacted by an amazing sales rep. Once my previous vehicle (07, Honda accord) reached 234,376 miles, I decided that I look into a new car and give the Honda to a relative. I cannot begin to say how impressed I am by the customer service, not only from Kevin N but the entire team, including Mr King from billing, other sales members I don’t have names for, and the service dept. I don’t want to go into details of my personal situation but the willingness the professionals at Montgomeryville Acura display is unmatched by any other dealer I have seen. Acura has done some really major upgrades to their products and offers services that other competitors would never include in their models, charging you for anything and everything considered “extra”. Overall, An amazing place to do business with and one that will be there to support you every step of the way. Highly recommend if you want a luxury vehicle that won’t cost you an arm and a leg down the line especially coupled with outstanding customer service here at Montgomeryville Acura.
