I have never written a pro or con review in my 73 years. My most recent experience with the employees at Mastroieni & Sons was absolutely amazing. I experienced a problem with a couch I had purchased. Within 2 days of delivery the owner was at my house examining the product and proceeded to resolve the situation. He was pleasant and considerate of satisfying a customer. In all my purchases over all my years I have never experienced a retailer who went out of way to make sure I was satisfied the way Nick and his staff worked to resolve my issue in an expedited fashion. In today's world you simply cannot find any store that does it any better than Mastroieni and I will never go anywhere else for furniture. Steve B

I have purchased numerous pieces of furniture throughout the years from them. A leather sofa lasted over 20 years before finally giving up the ship! Read up on warranty information on mechanical items, I didn't and was unpleasantly surprised when the motor on the recliner we purchased went. Now, with no fault of the store, we have a chair we have to have fixed (cost was fully 25% of what I paid for the chair), so guess what's going to happen to the chair. No hope for the chair, great hope for the store. I would recommend them highly.

Ordered a beautiful couch, and chair. There were some problems with the items on delivery. The furniture repair guy, dave cash, came out fixed some things, and replaced a cushion. The cushion was never right. When cash came back, he rigged the pillow up with staples, and tried to tell me that is the way ALL of the pillows were. When that proved to be false, he got verrry angry, and I had to throw him out of my home!Left with rigged up stapled cushions! I will call Mastroieni, so we'll see the outcome.

We purchased a couch and recliner. Sales service was very good. Arrived earlier than expected. However within a few months the recliner on one side of sofa began to lean inward and is not comfortable. Also had to have repair done to mechanism within a few months. Store responsive but overall outcome was not acceptable in that we feel we received a defective sofa. Recliner already showing issues as well. Nice store and nice staff but furniture did not last long.I’m sure it was the manufacturer of course but feel a better outcome could have been found.

Then, imagine that if they deliver something, they arrive on time, and know about what it is they're delivering, because that's what they do: deliver furniture.No, this isn't some fairytale, or the way your parents or grandparents will tell you that it :::used::: to be. This is the way it is now, in 2023, at Mastroieni Furniture.Don't assume that because they've been around for generations, they must be expensive. In fact, I didn't pay much more for a piece of furniture made in America, and sold to me by courteous professionals, than I could have spent for something at a place with a one star rating. Oh, and by the way, virtually every other local furniture seller has abysmal reviews. Don't waste your time: Make Mastroieni Furniture your first stop!

Very good experience working with Deb to find out bedroom set. Impressed with the workmanship and quality of the set which is very hard to find since everything is made overseas. I prefer to buy American made furniture and support local family business. Thanks again for ease of this transaction and experience.

We have been purchasing all of our furniture from Mastroieni Furniture for over 30 years . The sales staff is very knowledgeable and never pushy . Even know we may not visit their showroom for a few years , there is always a familiar face. We had a recliner delivered today and the delivery guys are first class. They had to remove in interior door to get the chair into the correct room and made it look like child's play. A ++++++++

Always a good deal. They treat you very nicely. Long lead time for many items (not their fault) but we got one of the few that were in stock.
