Great experience! It started with Susan who listened to what I was looking for and directed me to several options. She did not try and upsell me. She provided a comparison in price for my consideration. Susan was not pushy which I loved. Installation was efficient and the installers were on time, professional and did a great job. I would recommend Lomax for anyone looking for new carpets. I will definitely use them for future projects.

We had a great experience! We got new floors in over half our home and it was a very easy process. Susan was wonderful! She had someone out to take measurements, had our materials ordered, had had a contractor out to place the floors in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Great Job by installers! Antonio Salinas and his partner Joel. They were nice and worked very hard. Cleaned up after. Very happy with their work.
Lomax Carpet was a good choice, manager Jack Parrish and salesman Michael Kay were very helpful and directed us to make the right choice and were patient with me as well. Cost was much better than Home Depot and the carpet was much thicker too!

Don't bother going to Lowe's or Home Depot to buy flooring, go to Lomax instead.
You get so much more for your money and they carry higher quality flooring products that neither big box store chain carries.
Ordering flooring at Lomax is extremely fast and the staff was able to answer all the questions we had about underlayment and installation.
10/10 would recommend this place over anywhere else!
We were able to take home the sample display to make sure we liked the color. As long as you return it within 48 hours, it's completely free!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all for the whole flooring buying and install process. My wife and I were a bit overwhelmed before we walked in but we were pleasantly surprised that we were in and out with selections and install dates in under 2 hours that first day. We tend to be picky but you steered us right!
The installs wrapped this past Monday and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The floors look amazing and we were under our budget as well.
I’ll certainly be talking up the Lomax experience whenever flooring comes up in conversation.

Lo Max , Jack and Suzane are the best people and Lo max best company to work with. We had a really good experience. They accommodated all our requests. Helped us make decisions, provided discounts, the job was done quick and with perfection. We did all bedrooms flooring and hall way and steps carpets.

Great selection of items and pricing is as expected. However, the high pressure sales is a problem. We were shown the LVP by Susan and told she would show us where to look and not hover over us, but then she stayed near, listened to our conversation and interjected comments based on our private conversation multiple times. Left without doing anything as I hate the "car Salesman" type pressure. May still go back as the product is top notch.

Just simply FANTASTIC! Great prices. Great service. And, when there was a slight hitch in scheduling installation, the manager Jack took care of the situation immediately and all was well. Also, I strongly suggest you ask for Rebekah by name for your sales person. She truly and genuinely knew her product and sold exactly what we wanted and needed and not what many others try to tell you what you need. She is simply the best out there. Very friendly as well which is always a plus!

Visited on March 2nd, a Saturday, and submitted an order for an area rug, runner, and large rug that needed to be cut and bound and mats for beneath all three of them. Was told the area rug and runner would be ready next day and the large rug would be ready by the following Thursday. Showed up next day and the runner was cut but rough edges not bound. You'd think they would check the order was correct after we called to make sure the order was ready but we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the job to be finished and for a mat for underneath that rug to be cut. Called today, 9 days after placing the order and 4 days after they originally said it should be ready, to make sure the last rug was actually ready so we wouldnt waste time showing up when something needed to be finished still as they did with the runner. My info was taken down and I was told I would get a call back. Immediately knew something was wrong. Just received follow up that the rug won't be ready for another day or two because their binder was "backed up" with previous orders. Something tells me this rug was forgotten about, similar to our runner and mat. Really need to get it together over here, seems like no one is checking to make sure orders are being processed properly. Very disappointing experience

GREAT experience while shopping for LVP flooring and area rugs. Jack and Susan were professional, helpful and informative during the entire process. Answered all of our questions and showed us multiple products and explained the differences between each of them. We are extremely happy with our purchase and our family room looks AMAZING!
